This show is for people who want high-school drama back in their lives
I love how she shows soooo many signs of undiagnosed BPD and people hate her and make fun of her and call her psycho. It really reminds me of how horrible highschool was for me as a girl with undiagnosed BPD and how I just wanted to be loved but it’s a mental illness that tells you no one loves you and sends your hormones through the roof at random. I really relate to Cass in a lot of ways so it makes me sad how hated she is.
if that were written into her character hallelujah, i hate the writers for writing such an empty nonsensical female character with zero to confusing development yknow annoying give ya girl a little more plz
Omg I’ve been saying this since the start of season 2! I have BPD and I see my flaws in Cassie soooo prominently.
@@camchem I am so happy that as an adult I have it so under control most people don’t know I have a mental illness but it still breaks my heart for highschool me and other women who are being cast out and put down because they’re undiagnosed and being called crazy when you have BPD is the easiest way to set off someone with BPD. I hope people start to realize that 1. She’s a teenage girl and teenage girls are often toxic and 2. She seems to be mentally ill and 3. She’s fictional but girls like this exist and BPD is a mental illness that can not be treated or cures and it starts from being raised in traumatic and abusive homes and environments so maybe let’s not be so quick to call them insane or psycho

@Freja Lindberg I don’t treat people like that now. I taught myself coping mechanisms and skills to calm my outbursts. I haven’t acted like that since I was a teenager. Most people don’t think I have BPD or any behavioral or personality disorders at all. That being said, at 15 before I knew I had BPD it was hard because it is a mental illness in which you are a prisoner to your own emotions and outburst. There is no medication like with other mental illnesses or at least there wasn’t 10 years ago when I was 15, they are working on one now I beleive. But BPD is a personality disorder that is in children who have been abused since a young age. It is the way their brain developed under high stress and it is a form of self protection the brain has created though it backfires. It is the loneliest mental illness because all you want is to love and be loved but your emotions and anxiety are so much stronger than you that you fly off the handle and people leave because they don’t understand. If someone knows they have BPD and they “don’t respect you” at all times I don’t know what to tell you other than to understand that their own brain is working against them and they had to suffer some pretty rough abuse as a child/infant to have this personality disorder. Not everyone has access to the psychiatric care they need in the US sadly so not everyone with BPD will know how to cope with it.
