    Does this machine have a pump to pump out the water in the drain hose or does your drain outlet have to be lower than the hose??

      The machine has a pump. The water drain pipe must be attached to a
      maximum height 80 cm. I don't have a pipe connected to the drain, but I have a pipe connected to the water tank.

    Hi, I have this model and it’s been working lovely I had a waste hose connected and it used to pump and drain away now we found that the water is gathering up around the evaporator so when I open the three red clips to pull the filter out water gushes out and I can’t work out how it gets pumps from there to the tank at the back so the pump and pump it away. Can anyone help please?

    • @darijan-diy
      @darijan-diy 2 года назад

      you will need to open the machine or call a service center to find out where the water is flowing - whether the hose or tank is broken

      @@darijan-diy Hi, it's a feature on my new Beko machine but I can't find anything about it online... apparently, it adds steam whilst the dryer is drying to help it not be so creased... I have no idea, the user guide was useless explaining the feature it just said where the button was. I wonder as it is a heat pump dryer, if the water that's collected in the collector may be used by the dryer for this feature.

      @@darijan-diy Hi. It is BEKO Pro IronFinish B5T4823IW 8 kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer. The Beko site says "Take your clothing out of the dryer, ready to wear, with this tumble dryer's IronFinish function, which infuses steam into your clothing so fabrics come out smooth and ready to wear."

      @@SpeakLifeNotDeath Your dryer is better than mine. It has several features at all this one for iron finish. Mine doesn't have that. However, I have looked at the instructions for your dryer and I see that it is necessary to pour clean water into the steam tank. Since the dryer diagram does not specifically show the steam tank, it is possible for water to be poured into the water tank. Maybe the tank has two compartments. I do not know. I think it is necessary to connect your dryer directly to the drain so that the water tank can then be used for steam.

    Sir, we just bought our first tumble dryer and we are having trouble setting it up.
    The water tank is used to put Destilled water right?
    And about the hose, first disconnect the hose that's inside of the machine and attach the other one to the drain system?
    all the best!

    • @darijan-diy
      @darijan-diy 2 года назад +1

      The tank is designed to drain condensed water from drying. If you do not have the option of draining the condensate water then the water goes into the tank. However, if you have the option of connecting the hose to the drain, then disconnect the hose that goes into the tank (video 6:03) and connect the hose that you received when you bought the machine.

      has a function to set - low temperature
      (video 2.26) symbol in the middle of the display
      I don't know exactly what this function is used for. The instructions only say - Low temperature
      You can activate this function only prior to start of a program. You can activate this function if you want to dry your laundry at a lower
      temperature. The program duration will be longer after it becomes activated.

      That there is nothing accidental with the heat pump. Try first what it says in the instructions. If it does not work, you will need to call a service center in your country
      it says so in the instructions:
      Clothes come out damp after drying.
      A program not suitable for the laundry type may have been
      used.>>> Check the maintenance labels on the clothes and select
      a program suitable for the clothes’ type or use time programs as
      extra.
      Fibre filter pores might be clogged. >>> Wash the filter with warm
      water.
      The condenser might be blocked. >>> Wash the condenser. (for
      the products with a condenser)
      Filter drawer might be clogged. >>> Clean the sponge and filter
      cloth (if any) in the filter drawer.(For the products with a heat pump)
      Excessive amount of laundry might be loaded. >>> Do not load
      the drying machine excessively.
      Laundry might not have been spun adequately. >>> Perform a
      higher spin speed setting on the washing machine.
