it's actually very simple, Dragonrage - shattering star - surge - tip the scales - fire breath - disintegrate. In simple words, use your cds (DR and SS) then hardcast surge + instant fire breath cause of TTS, finish them off with laser.

I mean ya they have damage, with basically zero defensive CDs, this will work until you get to real players that trade correctly. I hate being manipulated, and this video is just that manipulation
