They do make beautiful sweet babies and are great parents but maybe for now this is what they can handle or want. There's only so many hours in a day and dividing attention between 5 small kids, your spouse, your "me time", etc is a lot to deal with.

Beautiful room! I hope they grow up appreciating all they've got. I didn't have any of this growing up, never even got a cute sheet set. We weren't poor at all, just had a selfish parent who hoarded money out of fear and trauma from growing up poor. Not only do they have a beautiful home and lovely rooms but they've got two loving parents, siblings to love and and have fun with, you do a great job at building their confidence. Kids who are involved in extra curricular activities are less likely to get involved with dr*gs and other unsavory things. I think too many with a big family don't deserve it and I don't know you but I do believe you are deserving.
