Hi! I really love your way of playing and the beautiful sound you produce ❤ I have a question... when playing, my thumb with which I hold the violin bends, I don't know if I should relax my hand more (Sorry if I don't understand, English is not my native language)
Hi there, and lovely to hear from you! To answer your question - in general, we want to be as relaxed as possible when playing - and the thumb should have a relaxed starting position, and then only press gently when the fingers press on the strings. Any additional tension will unfortunately make playing harder than it needs to be, so it is definitely worth working on improving that:-) Wishing you all the very best for your practice!🙏🎻🦋
Lol, thats sweet:-). I teach full time now and am approaching 50 years old, so no longer a student in that sense, but I keep on learning more every day🎻✨🦋
Challenge: Play through all the pieces with me with your very best posture and let me know how it went! Lets make some music together!🎻🤩🦋

Can you please give some tips on gavotte by mingon in book 2? I have to master it by February and i would really appreciate it❤
Will do my best! Do practice B flat major on A and E string (Fourth finger pattern) that solves almost all the difficulties in the middle section!🎻🌸🦋
I’ve also experienced that. It is pretty hard if you meant the c section.
How many videos do you make?and how do you even set up so many videos?
I have about 140 videos:-). Takes a lot of time and effort... Hope they help your practice!
Thanks so much!!!
