As hard as it may be to believe.... I currently own 3 Kews (2009) yet only 1 Suffragettes. I had to double check my entire collection but it really is the case. To be fair, one of the Kews was a bonus ball win but the other 2 were genuinely found in circulation 😮
hey christopher! i love your content. i have a question about a coin if you (or someone in the comments) wouldn’t mind answering! so, i understand there are multiple key years for the shield 50p and one of those is 2017 because it has the lowest mintage number. i found one and was wondering, is it worth holding onto? after all, it’s still just a shield, but i hear it’s rarer than jemima puddleduck! thank you for your time :)
it’s oddly relaxing, isn’t it? i was mildly interested in coins before but christopher’s videos have given me a fixation on collecting! i enjoy watching his videos when i’m feeling overwhelmed or anxious - calms me right down :)

Just noticed Kew Gardens was re-struck in 2019; so if you found one first, before a 2009 version, would it go in the book or not?
Only ever found one kew but have 19 suffragettes did buy one bu and one silver proof plus one painted ie coloured.
So very close, great finds indeed. Keep safe

I've 2 x1997 50pence piece with man ,shield ,fifty pence
1x 1985 50pence with man ,shield fifty pence written on it
