my 9 year old cousin never has down quadrobics in her entire life before yet all of the sudden her mom buys her gear and then she tells me about and she says shes a therian because she was doing cosplay and i told her that shes not one thats called a furry and she says no im a therian, and im like okay whatever, and then she comes to my house with her her gear and im like whats that, she says shes a therian then proceeds to say”i know you wont support me” like am i supposed to??? I wore my therian gear to school, for my costume, ofc. Then this girl, let's call her A, so A came up to me and said "what is that?" Then I showed her, and then she said "oh no no!" Then she walked away, her friend L was laughing at me, so I told my teacher and she said "just go to the bathroom and change" so I did, and then came back, hiding my tail. Then, I put my mask down, then some people actually liked my costume, but then I saw people, and heard them, whisper to their friend "(my name) is a furry!" And then, I tried to ignore it, then it was time for the parade, I was the line leader. And then I lead the line. At the end of the parade, I was following another class until I was at our room, and someone said "you're a furry" and I said "this isn't a furry.." and they said "you are a furry"..

I have a "friend" of mine who hates on therians and furrys and she doesn't know I'm a lynx therian...she always talks about how if she finds out she's friends with one she's going to leave them and bully them...I plan on moving after my graduation and move somewhere I'll be excepted for who I am...

And so like not that long ago i was doing a frog position or pose thing and she says thats not a what therians do and im like i, im not trying to be one??? (mind you she knows damn well i dislike that type of shit) then i dont know we proceed to argue about something idk i forgot and then she just says “your supposed to support me cuz my mom dad and other family supports me” and im like “Am i supposed to??” and then she says yes, LIKE WTF LMAO, anyway yeah.

May be both! Two types of therians: the brave and free one, the brave and free one usually always expresses themselves as a therian in any way even in public! Then there’s the shy and shielded therian, this one usually doesn’t express themselves in public but expresses themselves at home alone. They may just not do it at all, maybe they just hide it!

I wore my therian gear to school, for my costume, ofc. Then this girl, let's call her A, so A came up to me and said "what is that?" Then I showed her, and then she said "oh no no!" Then she walked away, her friend L was laughing at me, so I told my teacher and she said "just go to the bathroom and change" so I did, and then came back, hiding my tail. Then, I put my mask down, then some people actually liked my costume, but then I saw people, and heard them, whisper to their friend "(my name) is a furry!" And then, I tried to ignore it, then it was time for the parade, I was the line leader. And then I lead the line. At the end of the parade, I was following another class until I was at our room, and someone said "you're a furry" and I said "this isn't a furry.." and they said "you are a furry"..

I think they are both therians because the younger one could just be shy or scared of being a therian in public. I'm a shy therian as well... I have a "friend" of mine who hates on therians and furrys and she doesn't know I'm a lynx therian...she always talks about how if she finds out she's friends with one she's going to leave them and bully them...I plan on moving after my graduation and move somewhere I'll be excepted for who I am...
