Yes, Gabriel is one heck of a bass player and a super nice person as well. We met with Gabriel after one of the Toronto Yanni appearances. We were introduced to some of his fellow musicians who are all world class players. It was certainly a night to remember. Thank you Yanni for having a super tight rhythm section to go along with your awesome compositions. We look forward to seeing you again.

revising a earlier post....about a chameleon reunion ....I think getting most of the original band members from that band together with the two already in place yanni and Charlie . John tesh was in it bring him on board ....and Charlie making it awesome to get on revolving drums ...

u know i used to like the acropolis version by a ric something guy. but i dig the new groove patterns Gabby brings. acropolis sounds more like some bass player jamming onstage. Gabby plays with more taste and is way more solid. he also plays with more feel and passion...the old guy looked smug n dull onstage ..as if he was doin Yanni a favour by playing bass lol
