Wow, Anne! Having the cluster at the top of the tassel and sewing it to the journal is brilliant! Beautiful, as always. And it saves a lot on the findings cost. Love it! ❤
Ohhhh j’adore. C’est la première fois que je vois comment faire ce pompom. Et surtout cette façon de l’accrocher qui est plus facile et simple et besoin de moins de matériel. Love love love it.
Hi Diana, When you say: " that other than the chiffon silk the rest are a mystery", I am not sure I understand. With the chiffon silk, to create the tassel, I also used some yarns and laces. Are you looking for names for the yarns? Thanks, Anne
This is just beautiful. Love it! Do you have a link to that fancy white yarn that you love? The one with several threads to it? Thanks so much for sharing your creations💜
the link to the shop is : www.etsy.com/ca/shop/ClaireScrap4ever you can also contact Claire and ask her for the yarn that Anne uses, the one with 4 yarns, mostly white with some pink.
Thank you for sharing your talent with the rest of us. I have been really struggling making tassels. I can't wait to try your method!! Please tell me where you purchased your thin laces that you used last. The ones on long spools. Thanks again. Linda
Thanks so much 😊 I was struggling too with tassels until I figured out this way :) the laces on long spools have been bought in a local store here, in my region. A store own by an older lady (she is 74 actually and still run her fabric store) that had a couple of old laces on spools like that … I bought them all! :) she do not sell online or anything …. she is a treasure box when I go there.
That picture of the lovely ladies is from my personal collection but maybe I should be doing a digital of pictures like that? I do have a digital kit called: Wedding Photos digital set www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1197639490 It is a kit of polaroid's type pictures and you have a portion of that picture there among others that are similar. :)
Your attention to small details makes such a difference. I love your way to attach a tassel. Very well done. Très jolie Anne.

Love this tassel technique! By the way, where do you get the prints of the lovely ladies you’ve been using on your covers?
