This is how I felt for a long time but now I am getting better and whenever I felt scared when it was nighttime I would curl into a realy uncomfortable ball because i felt safer that way but recently i have just been thinking if I am going to die tonight I am going to die comfortable and then fall asleep in a position that is very vulnerable... on my belly with my back up. :/
