Why didnt u take grow lvl 3?

+Aleksandar Andreev because i didnt make any item for attack speed (only lohtars) thats why i didnt want to take lvl 3
+TheBaltazarTV For level 11, you gain 50 dmg on the expense of 15% attack speed, but later on, that deal doesn't make sense any more ?!? Is it possible that, that 15% extra lose on attack speed is key for making the extra hit after the combo, or is it more like that generally it would reduce the overall dps without the any additional attack speed instead of improving the overall dps.
I completely understand that every game is unique and different, but I am still troubled understanding when it makes sense to upgrade tiny's ult and when doesn't and why.
