I have been the Kashmir university student for 5 years. let me tell you one thing. There are a few people in Kashmir who can speak fairly. I have list of Things that i can count that have changed for good post 370 abrogation. I wish i could talk to you to give you the detailed analysis of What has changed in Kashmir and how it has positively impacted the lives of youth.
If you don't mind, can you list out the changes positive/negative which have happened post 370 abrogation? As non-Kashmiri people we always have some curiousity about it.

Their fear of other state Indians rushing to Kashmir for settling is unfounded. Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttranchal, Sikkim are equally nice Himalayan based states, but hardly any migration from outside. Such places like Kashmir is good for tourist or retirement home only. Today's generation prefer to visit cities having business, job potential. It will take another 10 years for Kashmir people to understand this and shed their fear.

I have visited North East states and they have Hill Committee empowered not allowing outsiders from buying land most of locations except for earmarked cities. Same goes for HP, Uttrakhand etc. Pakistan is on death spiral despite having so called Azad Kashmir and more places of Himalayan landscape. They are failing for lack of industrialisation and Kashmir is also reflecting same as of now. Matter of fact is with steady pumping of Billions of Dollors into Kasmir and North East, India will further progress to the benefits of J&K people. And clearly it was an agenda rather than the comparison of before 370 or after 370. I,m from uttarakhand at present Dehradun but basically from Pauri Garhwal (Chaubatakhaal Jhalpari Village. In Chondkot Region) . As an Army person I did job in Kashmir valley. Such a heaven and people are genius, simplicity, Just like Uttararakhandi, Himanchali Or similarly other hill places. Their fear of other state Indians rushing to Kashmir for settling is unfounded. Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttranchal, Sikkim are equally nice Himalayan based states, but hardly any migration from outside.
Such places like Kashmir is good for tourist or retirement home only. Today's generation prefer to visit cities having business, job potential.
It will take another 10 years for Kashmir people to understand this and shed their fear.

I have visited North East states and they have Hill Committee empowered not allowing outsiders from buying land most of locations except for earmarked cities. Same goes for HP, Uttrakhand etc.
Pakistan is on death spiral despite having so called Azad Kashmir and more places of Himalayan landscape. They are failing for lack of industrialisation and Kashmir is also reflecting same as of now.
Matter of fact is with steady pumping of Billions of Dollors into Kasmir and North East, India will further progress to the benefits of J&K people. Hope soon people like you understand and not wasting time by waiting 400 years, that's atleast 6 generations of you.

मैं तो बस एक ही बात कहना चाहता हूँ, ना किसी का विरोध न ही समर्थक हूँ। इंडिया एक देश है, 1947 में क्या था क्या नहीं वो अलग बात है। अब जो होना चाहिए, वो ऐसा है कि हमारे देश में सब सूबों को बराबर महत्व दिया जाना चाहिए। हाँ कुछ इलाकों में जहां विकास ज्यादा नहीं हो पाया, वहां ज्यादा ध्यान देने की जरूरत तो है लेकिन जैसे कि राजनीतिक अधिकार आदि, कुछ खास शक्तियां आदि के मामले में एक जैसा ही होना चाहिए। जैसे कि कश्मीर में लोग काम तो मांगते हैं, विकास भी चाहते हैं लेकिन साथ ही बोलते हैं कि यहां बाहर से कोई न आए। ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है, जब आप दूसरे सूबों में जा रहे हैं तो दूसरे सूबों के लोग यहा क्यों न आयें। इसलिए ही तो बराबरी नहीं आ रही। चलो माना कि कुछ चिंता होगी आपके दिलों में जैसे कि वहां हालात रहे हैं लेकिन जब आप दिल से भारतीय हैं, आप दूसरों को और दूसरे आप को अपनाएं, आप भी देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जाएं और दूसरे सूबों के लोग भी कश्मीर में आयें। हम सब को भारतीय बनना होगा, आपस में प्यार और सद्भाव को बढावा देना होगा। बाहरी ताक़तों के बहकावे से बचना होगा। तब जा कर हम सब एक जैसे तरक्की कर पाएंगे और हमारा देश भी आगे बढ़ेगा।
