Seeing where the geezer grabbed you by the throat and pushed, right behind you was a ledge with a fall into the pedestrian underpass. I think a lot of idiots who put hands on others don't realise (or care?) their violence, even what they think is 'minor violence', can end up catastrophically. One punch or shove can lead to a fall and person's head hitting the kerb causing serious brain injury and even death. The senseless risks people take just to park on the sidewalk.
I agree with you ga gamba . That older man got angry that Kiril and the others were asking them to take their car across the street and walk back using the underpass. If the old man pushed Kiril down over the wall of the underpass he could've been hurt.
Imagine being an old man living in a neighborhood your whole life and some guys from who knows where come with cameras and say you can’t park where you always parked. Yeah, I’d be pissed too.

I live in a neighbourhood with a much smaller street and where everyone has at least 2 cars, mostly even 3 up to 5 (like our family). Parking spaces are limited, and you know what? Nobody here is breaking the law by parking illegally. Oh, and the bumping rate is 0%. The only ones that sometimes park wrong are people who are here for visit, and even that is rare.
So stop defending these assholes who deliberately breaking the law by parking illegally or driving on sidewalks. They are wrong, they will always be wrong.
And yes, their Videos are very entertaining for me. They are people who do something good for their hometown without any kind of payment. They are using their free time to stop idiots who don't know how to read signs or how to drive correctly. If people would stop being selfish pricks, Kirill and his crew wouldn't even need to waste their time with these smucks.

He knows how to win in that situation. They're so sure that they're gonna get the police to get them into trouble, but the precedent has been set. For years offenders have tried to turn the police onto StopXAM after an altercation, and every time it has been recorded.
As soon as the man said "these guys are putting stickers on my car", it was over. The police knew it was StopXAM and that they know how to avoid any legal issues with their activism. It's why the police officer simply arrived to collect statements, and didn't detain anybody. Anything further would be moving right into the hands of StopXAM, cause in courts they've already proven to have the upper hand (they're still out there right?)
The only people whom aren't still on the streets are those who have had serious altercations with others. It may have been in self defense, but I'm sure the judge was like "don't go out again, because it'll create conflict. If StopXAM is indeed about education, and not provocation, you will not continue to be there".
So Kirill has found his own brand of how to aggravate the most, without responding to physical harm. He is also a former service-member, so he knows how to take care of himself. The only aggressive member left is the big guy in the SPB group.

That’s not how it works in Russia my friend. I’m sure the 2 guys that were attacking them will not be charged with anything. They were blatantly lying to the police saying Krill pushed the old man to the ground first. Straight up lied about grabbing him by the throat and the cops don’t really care.
EG Heartattack that's happening all the time in Russia, I wonder is there any way to held them responsible legally if they behave the same way in western countries, is it just a matter of human decency or maybe people have some responsibility if they lie to the police , false claims etc.?
@@joshualieberman1059 if you file a false police report in the UK you get arrested and charged for it... whether you just get a warning or have to go to court is upto the police and cps (crime prosecution service). They take it very seriously... they have better things to do with their time than investigating things that havent happened!!!
tiredmummy in Russia if you lie in a court of law as a witness or during a criminal investigation you can be held responsible, but most of these cases are not a matter of criminal prosecution bit rather an "administrative offense" so the police is not even warning them they can be held criminally responsible for false testimony because there is no "criminal case" situation in place until a victim file a report and they open up a criminal case investigation.
