I had to use the large ear tips and also turn the stems slightly upward to get a good seal. You may also look into third party, memory foam ear tips for a better seal. Thanks for watching and for the question!
@@ProFitHearing Thanks, I’m giving up on the tips that came with the pods as no combination of sizes or position can pass the test. I’m shopping for the memory foam ones now.
you should look on the website if this problem is already known. Most of their problems can be fixed. If they can’t, you can probably sends them back and they will give you new ones
HELP Please - When I go to Settings / Accessibility / Audio/Visual / Headphone Accommodations / Custom Audio Setup --- When I follow these steps (even though I have THE latest Airpods got them yesterday) it says..."Headphone Not Supported Custom settlings are only available for supported Apple and Beats headphones" ~~Can anyone help me with that...please?

I just got brand new AirPods Pro and of the three tips can pass the ear tip fit test for either ear. Any ideas for resolving this?
