It depends on how you use them. The thing that makes cushions wear out quickly is sweat. The more you sweat in them, the faster they will wear out. Ours last about the same as the original in terms of leather flakes, but our seams are STITCHED compared to glue on the original, so splitting almost NEVER happens due to that.
