you can change the war doctor by pressing C then RIGHT CLICKING the tardis and go into SKINS then click on the skin you want it to be i caps the important parts hope this helped you problem
Um no all you have to do is link it the way the instructions tell you. People wouldn't have so much trouble if they would read descriptions before using the mod.
