I love this! I have 4c hair myself and I've been natural for 4 years but it's not as long and thick like your hair. What do you recommend for hair growth for 4c?

Thanks so much!🥰 I would recommend protective styles like box braids. Since our hair is prone to breaking you want to keep manipulation low. Also when you’re hair is out make sure you baby your ends by keeping them moisturized. It’s the oldest part of our hair and if you want to have longer hair you have to maintain healthy ends. If you notice that your ends are split get them cut asap. You should also check your hair porosity it will help you to know the best way to apply products to hair and the order to apply them in. I hope this was helpful😊

@@LightsCameraAshley thank you for the advice because my hair is not as thick as your hair it's thin and I haven't been getting my ends trimmed I'm kinda worried about letting the wrong person in my hair to trim my ends. What do you also recommend for that, trust issues 🙅‍♀️🤦‍♀️😒

Hairstylist should show you your ends and ask you what you feel comfortable with cutting after giving their professional recommendations before cutting your hair. You can also ask them to show you before they do any cutting to be sure. I also look for reviews and to see if they have clients with similar hair on their Instagram. I personally have been cutting my own ends since I’ve been natural.
