Attuma doesn't destroy the card with the LOWEST power, it can destroy ANY card with LESS power than Attuma.
Still a good idea for a destroy deck because you can just slap him in a isolated lane your Wolverine or X-23 and just profit
I’ve had games against Copycat where I’ve drawn the copied card, and knowing it had been copied saved me the game. Like drawing your copied Ajax after already playing Hazmat.

Definitely picked up Wiccan, energy cheat is strong, period. Speed I passed on purely because I just think he's boring. I know he's good and that's fine. I'll play a different 3 and be fine most times

not that i think copycat got a big nerf but there are definitely people playing lockjaw/jubilee/blink below infinite. against these decks stealing the text off a big card they will pull out later has won me a few games
Beast nerf hurt pure bounce deck more than you think, +1 mana means 1 less card to play, 1 less on reveal active, 2 less power for hit monkey, 2 less trigger for bishop, etc..

Toxin Beast chain bouncing is going to be wild enough without them both being 2 cost. Bounce lovers have all they can handle coming up soon anyway.

I disagree with the changes in the OTA.
My main beef is that Loki is now a Arishem card. For Arishem the loss in power is not a big deal because of the plus 1 energy. And you still replace your deck which lowers the deck size essentially countering the decks biggest counters.
The beast nerf is downright a nerf. We had a higher costed beast before and bounce wasnt that good. 2 cost beast made it so you can more easily bounce if you missed your draws. Bounce move also got hurt by this change. SD pre-emptively nerfing existing cards because of the new cards coming Is another reason people are mad. They did it to beast when black swan came out and they did it again. They should just balance the new cards.
The one thing i agree with is that copycat nerf. It only hurt the broken card alittle. She is less broken but still has the surprise factor. The card on the bottom likely will not be drawn and you can use that information to your advantage.
@@2kDragon333 it is annoying that they've taken a card that was only broken in Arishem and pushed it into only being playable in Arishem and no longer able to sustain its own archetype.
However my sense is that after giving everyone a break from the year of Loki, they will pump him back up. Just hopefully in a way that is less friendly to boosting Arishem and more conducive to Loki being in non Arishem decks. Somehow.

Copycat isnt the same card at all. Its not the worst nerf in the world but it is nerf nonetheless. You say its the same, then why did they change it?
KM said it is because most of the time they weren't gonna draw it anyway. Besides, the main reason imo to use Copycat is not for the disruption but rather it is a 3/5 that is likely to get a good ability
Unless you were playing it in Darkhawk where the rocks shuffle your opponent’s deck, or you get a location that reorders your deck, or you’re playing against an extremely rare deck that gets to the bottom of their deck (Tribunal decks or mill decks), then the card is literally exactly the same because your opponent was never going to draw the bottom card of that deck. That card literally might as well not exist for your opponent. So whether you copy or steal it, it’s the same thing in literally 98% of all games you play.
It's quite funny, I played Copycat extensively but didn't play Darkhawk, so it was only with the nerf that it dawned on me people were deliberately playing it with shuffle effects so that the stripped card occasionally came to hand.
A dangerous game of course. Drawing the card means they know you have the copycat version, weakening the surprise, and if you hit a card like Infinaut or Ebony Maw you really don't want them drawing the "weakened" version!
