Please, please, please could someone put in place a decent microphone for Dr Doctorow's interviews. His is one of the most cogent and salient voices regarding the Ukraine situation, and his words really do need to be heard as clearly as possible.

I do not believe that Russia would attack anywhere outside ukraine, as most defense factories are above ground and should be all deep underground, the same with their air force assets, as if NATO can scramble 2000 aircrafts , they can damage Russia's ability to manufacture their weapons of war, even though Russia has good defensive weapons and the ability to hit satellites, I do not believe it will do anything before these assets are well protected.
