This is more like a disguised infomercial than informative at a general level

Less is definitely not better. I would rather pay more for better quality.

I stopped shopping at Aldi, because of no promotions and sales, high prices and average quality. And I used to like Aldi, shopping there since 2002.

Maybe if you live in a walkable city, it's a possibility, but it's not common in the US

I'd take visiting as checking the prices online. For business purchases that's very possible and the app delivery makes possible easy chores..

Isn’t Lidl similar to Aldi with lower prices? The big chains tend to have the crazy high prices non sale items.

t's a common misconception that Lidl and Aldi are owned by the same company -- but they're not, they're both simply German. The reason folks might make this mistake is that Aldi and Trader Joe's are owned by Aldi Nord.

Now, I have noticed Lidl prices are seeming to match Wal Mart prices. Not too many deals anymore shopping there.

You are artificially keeping the inflation high to make more profit.

@@spankyssurprise1361 The reason is very simple, they used the supply chain issue during Covid as a justification to increase prices, but there is no longer a supply chain issue, yet they keep increasing prices.
Corporate profit from 2020 to 2023 has almos tripled in only 3 years, but from 2012 to 2019 it only grew by half a percent.
