Buddy had that exact bike with the Staintune's. I rode it a couple times, and it was brilliant. Loved the look of the 916, but it would twist my six four self into a pretzel. I could have daily ridden the 900 SS.....and the sound was glorious!
One of the nicest looking and sounding sport bikes made. The final year for this style was 1998. They even made a final edition model in metallic gray. Nice bike.
Beautiful bike and what a stunner for a 30-year-old motorcycle. Only 5000 miles. That's incredible. Now as far as the dry clutch goes, I may be the odd man out, but I've never liked the way they sound. That's just me though. Just a gorgeous, classic scoot!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅
F-it!, i'll have an espresso this morning!!! I loved my gsxrs back in the day, but always admired the Dukes, Cavs, and MVs. That bike is gorgeous. The space frames were a thing of functional beauty.
I own four Ducati... including a '95 900ss. Your bike is absolutely pristine. Just to clarify, Ducati made this version (SP) and the CR version (Cafe Racer half fairing) as well as a standard 900ss which was full fairing. They also made an FE (Final Edition) in silver only. I always enjoy seeing your videos!
That is one classy and mint clean Ducati Sportbike. The original owner or that, bike took great care of it, and maintained it perfectly. Your detailing job raised the bar even higher! Impressive! Italians do well with whatever they make, and they make some of the best motorcycles and sportcars around. . ML&R
Beautiful bike by Jeff Ducati has a very long history hardcore racing. All Ducati motorcycles are like works of art sir, especially that one. The frame looks like it got welded piece by piece. I watched the History channel on Ducati. Oh my God absolutely amazing. Fear the red monster amazing info sir badass video. Ronnie beautiful very nice with the white gauges. Beautiful paint job. 😊 Beautiful work Kaplan team New England motorcycle museum Rockville, Connecticut
They have the Ducati desmodronic valve tappets that make the noise. These are great bikes and collectible. A one owner museum piece. -Should be ridden and enjoyed though.
So what will you take for it? I bought a 94 SSSP number 069 from a dealer in Fresno and trailered it home in the rain. Sold it a year later when it became obvious that the stock tires were trash and proper hoopies at the time cost about $250 a wheel and would wear out in 2 months time. Nothing like being in the Tire-a-Month club to ruin your bank account. Loved that bike though. Now have a 93 plain Jane and ride much slower
lol not much time on super bikes huh?? My current rocket I’m doing really well if I get 2 months out of a rear. Or, about 2500 miles. Sometimes alot less
Brother Ken we always love Ronnie behind the camera he does the greatest job man of capturing everything you're talking about and that is a nice ass 95 baby all original don't see that much and I tell you what Michelin is on top of their game right now the supercars every one of them will have michelin's and Ducati is a bike I never got a chance to ride👏🏼👏🏼💚😎👊🏻🗯💥🤙🏻🤙🏻
I remember those sitting at the dealer for months. Everyone wanted the 916. Awesome bikes either way.
I love the mechanical sound of the drivetrain. It gives the rider a tactile experience
I live in Italy and those are rare bikes even here...the last time I saw one was years ago. Absolutely gorgeous looking and sounding motorbikes. 🇮🇹❤️
I love the Ducatis from this era, the 888 and 900ss, love the sound, the looks and those duel exhausts, beautiful bikes.
