{YTP} CAAARCK 2: Queen Lightning vs The Mafia

Queen Lightning continues his epic story after his terrible cactus encounters in the last episode. But he faces severe consequences after he endorses the xenophobic mayor of the town, Coc "The Horny Nit" Hudson, and proceeds to vocally oppose the rights of Guido and Luigi. How could he have known that they were, in fact, affiliated with the Mafia?
Thanks for watching as always, if you're reading this then nice one. I hope you appreciated the really crappy-looking bit at the end where the cactus falls down through the smoke, because those few seconds genuinely took about 40 minutes to edit and it still looks bad. I am not very good at editing.

Harv was voiced by Jeremy Clarkson in the UK release of Cars. The US release uses Jeremy Piven's voice but I remember the British version best :)
