Yes you are right.
The count of dislikes is only about 1%. You should also understand that out of 100 people, 1 person is quite likely to hit the dislike by mistake. When you see 99% likes you should understand that this is as good as 100% likes. Have you seen any video with 100%? Regardless Mother Teresa was also criticized.
