This is so nice! As an Asian-American, I learned a lot about feeling beautiful by adapting some of Girls' Generations looks, so seeing a glimpse of some of Tiffany's tricks is like candy to me.
Tiffany is amazing, her personality and drive is so admirable. Her journey as a kpop star or more importantly as a person isn’t fully displayed in this video. It hardly scratched the surface to what she has gone through. Hardships she had to face even before her career started and even with her successes with SNSD. Their impact as a girl group in kpop can’t be fully grasped in this video (especially if you don’t follow kpop or are more accustom to new groups). And in this new journey she’s in, she continues to humbly show her determination and willingness to put in the work to achieve her dreams. Wish nothing but the absolute best for her, cause she deserves it. 💗

And the special part was that it was my first ever fansign event for any Kpop idol/group, which made it even more memorable...!! I am never an SNSD fan. When the Korean Wave happened, I got hooked to YGE instead. 'Oh' and 'Gee' were the popular songs they had at that time and it wasn't my taste. It still isn't. But later, when I'm 17, I listened to Taeyeon's solo songs (I, Fine, 11:11, etc). And she became my favorite solo artists. I started to listen to SNSD and liked some of their songs (Catch Me if You Can, Lion Heart, I like watching I Got A Boy's MV). Tiffany always stands out to me. She has a nice smile and this unique look. You can't take your eyes of her. And then I got the news that 3 of the girls left SM, including Fanny, who came to US to be a singer. But I don't expect anything from her. I've seen CL and her silence despite in US for so long (I'm still waiting for her). So I thought Fanny will take longer. But... boy I was so wrong. Over My Skin was good (even though, the MV is somewhat... not good). But then Teach You came out. And her EP. I LOVE ALL HER SONGS. I PLAYED IT OVER AND OVER IN MY SPOTIFY. Fanny becomes my fave and I could see her really shine. Either because she is really happy to have a career in US or because of of she's soloing that she shines brightly. I see her all over my RUclips and I won't complaint. What a sweet and hardworking woman. You just know that she's smiling while talking because you can hear it through her voice. I love this woman and will follow her always.
I'm such a sentimental person haha I wanted to cry while she was talking about the life as Girls Generation, it reminds me of my 12 year old self back in junior high school. I was bored at technic drawing class and a friend of mine talked to me about how her big sis was into an asian girl group that danced and looked like dolls, she wrote to me Girls Generation gee gee on a post it and when I came home i went straight to google it and there they were! Girls generation's gee gee music video had just come out and I was so amazed by the colors, the choreography, their faces and the beat of the song!! So catchy!! And since then i kept on liking their songs. I've been a fan of TIffany since 2008 and love her even to this day. I haven't been in the loop of kpop as much as I used to but on occasion go on a youtubing/listening spree to "keep up" with the times. Had it not been for all those years being a 2nd generation kpop fan, a HUUUUGE Tiffany fan, and Sone (Girls' Generation fan group name), I would not have come close to where I am today in life.

I am never an SNSD fan. When the Korean Wave happened, I got hooked to YGE instead. 'Oh' and 'Gee' were the popular songs they had at that time and it wasn't my taste. It still isn't.
But later, when I'm 17, I listened to Taeyeon's solo songs (I, Fine, 11:11, etc). And she became my favorite solo artists. I started to listen to SNSD and liked some of their songs (Catch Me if You Can, Lion Heart, I like watching I Got A Boy's MV). Tiffany always stands out to me. She has a nice smile and this unique look. You can't take your eyes of her. And then I got the news that 3 of the girls left SM, including Fanny, who came to US to be a singer. But I don't expect anything from her. I've seen CL and her silence despite in US for so long (I'm still waiting for her). So I thought Fanny will take longer.
But... boy I was so wrong. Over My Skin was good (even though, the MV is somewhat... not good). But then Teach You came out. And her EP. I LOVE ALL HER SONGS. I PLAYED IT OVER AND OVER IN MY SPOTIFY.
Fanny becomes my fave and I could see her really shine. Either because she is really happy to have a career in US or because of of she's soloing that she shines brightly. I see her all over my RUclips and I won't complaint. What a sweet and hardworking woman. You just know that she's smiling while talking because you can hear it through her voice. I love this woman and will follow her always.

I'm such a sentimental person haha I wanted to cry while she was talking about the life as Girls Generation, it reminds me of my 12 year old self back in junior high school.
I was bored at technic drawing class and a friend of mine talked to me about how her big sis was into an asian girl group that danced and looked like dolls, she wrote to me Girls Generation gee gee on a post it and when I came home i went straight to google it and there they were! Girls generation's gee gee music video had just come out and I was so amazed by the colors, the choreography, their faces and the beat of the song!! So catchy!! And since then i kept on liking their songs.
Girls generation somehow shaped my teenager years and there was this one member that caught my eyes when I first saw her and that was our lovely Tiffany💕

I used to be a big big fan of Girls generation and I always remembered this one girl who stood out to me the most and now this is her. She’s shining even more brightly than before. She still stayed true to herself and humble to everyone that’s around her. I've been a fan of TIffany since 2008 and love her even to this day. I haven't been in the loop of kpop as much as I used to but on occasion go on a youtubing/listening spree to "keep up" with the times. Had it not been for all those years being a 2nd generation kpop fan, a HUUUUGE Tiffany fan, and Sone (Girls' Generation fan group name), I would not have come close to where I am today in life.
