as per my opinion you have to first go to the recovery mode but first please turn off the phone and then press and hold the power and volume up button to enter the recovery mode and erase your phone and boot it up so that it could function if this also don't works then you need to repair it by connecting it into the PC and prompt it to get repair by any third party repair app if this also don't work so you need to go to the Samsung's service center and they will repair it

If your really fucking confused, basicallly if you get a custom ROM or you get a free robux app for example, (imagine the app has some files but its all safe to ur antivirus), and then the ROM when u install, automatically deletes the android files, leading to the Linux files being left, which is why there is the Linux penguin. To fix this, you really cant do nothing except wait for it to stop then factory reset it, then its usable. Okay?
