And just so you know I follow you on your weight loss journey. Just started using the abolene..... I LOVE IT!! Im just about at a 35Lb weight loss....I'M not done yet....loving the results. The scale is pretty MUCH useless to me anymore. If I eat right, work out.....the rest is sure to follow. Keep doing what u do, you inspire me as well as many others. I think I will try your idea with a additional drop of Jojoba oil. I think I will mix all of them in a small bowl before adding to my damp hair. Thanks for your quick hair styling idea.

Great video! I started itching as you were grabbing those globs of the curling custard. When I first big chopped that combo always left such a horrendous build up in my hair.
This video has me missing my tapered cut and the ability to do a true WNG (15 minutes or less, that's my cutoff). Also, I was tickled to hear you describe KC products as "old school"...most of the natural-hair products that exist now weren't even a thought when I went natural, lol.
I consider the Blue Magic grease and water as old school products...lol. Kinky Curly to me is only kinda old school for the 5 years and less natural hair ladies. ...lol. What products so you consider old school? =) I would love to know since I'm only 3 years natural. =)
My beautician did a wash and go on my hair last week, and it was SO GORGEOUS. Curls started popping up all fabulously, and I was happy. Fast-forward to now, and I CANNOT seem to replicate those results. Idk what I'm doing wrong. :(
What gel/custard would you recommend with someone who has coarse kinky coily hair (like your in this video). I've tried the green Eco styling gel and it was no goood at ALL :/ please help!!
I have never been able to us this product...Use As I Am Twist Define Cream for a daily styler, but looking for something lighter and less greasy for Summer ..also use a sponge instead of a brush..may have to try this.. What kind of hair brush do use?
I love this product for the fact that I don't have to do my wash n go everyday. All I have to do is revive in the morning with a light oil or something if that. It can last for a week or longer. I use a soft bristle brush =)
It gives me major shrinkage and makes my hair very dry.. My hair doesn't like Glycerin or gels for some reason..especially in "Hotlanta" Summers....Gonna get the brush though..;-)
My hair holds up just fine. My hair acts best when I do sweat in my head....lol. My hair never get frizzy or matted unless I did a twist out instead of a wash n go. I am learning that wash n go's are my go to for summer and exercise hair =)

Girl! IF you saved money and happy with your own results....then that's perfect to me.....lol. YAY!
If you apply this in the shower when your hair is soaking wet you'll use much less product, avoid flakes and get better curl definition when shaking!
