i recently just switched to my first “big girl” shampoo ouai after using drugstore products all my life and i love caring for my hair now i feel bad for neglecting it all my life ❤️
Just a nutrition tip, if you boil the veggies before sauteeing they will leach their vitamins into the water you boiled them in. So baking and sauteeing without boiling is going to give you the most nutrients (:
my mom has the same hair and the best tip is to wash your hair less. at first it feels a bit gross but the you hair will get used to it. also you could just add hair gell/ mouse and braid it. you'll get the same results
Hey even I have the same type of hair!! But my is best at this time. I just use a clarifying shampoo (without silicone) instead of normal shampoo. And a CG ( Curly girl method) conditioner and follow up with leave in and gel /mousse /foam ( I use both of these on after the other). If you want the best of your wavy or curly hair. Check out the "Curly Girl Method" on RUclips (if you don't know about it). The channel I watch is called "Manes by Mell". Hope it help someone

if you use gel other than a foam you would probably get more definition and i hate crunchy curls too but getting a crunchy hold at the beginning gives you more definition you can get rid of it after it dries with the scrunch out the crunch method

Your hair mask from gisou is absolutely full of silicon, so that's NOT the curly girl method, cause sulfates and silicons are TABU for that method. And Gisou is such a smart promoted product line BUT does nothing sustainable for and with ur hair. And not it is not infused with honey, just go into the ingredients u will see. And curly girl method means as well that u don't use any mouse except natural ones as a felxseed gel for ex. But sure it is more about the link u left😑
