Dimash is so special there are really no words to adequately or accurately describe what he does and the impact it has on each individual. There are 2 songs that Dimash sings, one in mandarin on the singer show, autumn strong and one in Japanese, ikanaide, basically the same song but still different to each other, both equally fantastic, also based off a sad true story which is told on extended autumn strong song. The Bastau concert version is my favourite of all time of Daybreak. The fact that he couldn't speak for 3-4 days after The Singer version is too upsetting not only for me but more so for him. His performance in The Singer completition was flawless in all his appearances and to be able to sing at all was just amazing. He definitely is a blessing globally. Great reaction once again. Because Dimash has studied voice since he was 5 years old and practiced several hours every day throughout his life, he was able to keep the upper registers after puberty when most other boys his age went through their voice changes. In addition to 3 hours vocal practice every day, he also exercises daily to stay in top physical condition, practices martial arts, and swims under water to strengthen his lungs and chest muscles to support his voice. After the Bastau concert Dimash said he didn't want to sing this song again because he found it too emotionally upsetting. He did some amazing things in this concert. Thank you for this double reaction. There is another that you can have a double reaction for they are from Gloria wu channel for backstory is Autumn Strong , then from Dimashs channel is Ikanaide. Autumn Strong is in Mandarin and Dimash learned it in one week and has earned Plaques and awards for his singing of it. Ikanaide is the first Japanese song Dimash has sung it from the Tokyo Jazz Festival 2021. They both have the same melody but with different lyrics. The original singer is Komi Tamaki and he also sings this song with great feelings. You could also react to his version. Thank you .
It would be good to do the Kiev version of autumn strong as it has the surprise ending. Though the singer version is great too. I was at the Dubai concert and Dimash sang the first half as autumn strong and the second half as Ikenaide. It was magical.

You should really try daididau, it's also a true sad story, if you watch the competition version you get the story, it's very Kazakh and to me beautiful, for some reason it's, not highly requested but I think it shows another side to him, also the Kazakh band playing with him are wonderful. I think a lot of songs get requested to show his vocal acrobatics, this song not so much but it's a powerful beautiful song.
I agree. It's a pity that the most beautiful songs often escape reactors' notice, since we often request the flashy ones. This reinforces also the miscomprehension that Dimash is only "the man with the high notes" or that he is always "showing off".
The voice loss was the day before the show and you will note that the acupuncture treatments, etc. seem to have worked but it had to have affected his confidence a little bit. As to the story of the song, some hear it as if the parents somehow lifted him out of the cable car but what they did was, both parents, holding him in the air so that their bodies took the impact of the fall, and the toddler survived. The parents survived the fall but died of their injuries.

Dimash is so special there are really no words to adequately or accurately describe what he does and the impact it has on each individual. There are 2 songs that Dimash sings, one in mandarin on the singer show, autumn strong and one in Japanese, ikanaide, basically the same song but still different to each other, both equally fantastic, also based off a sad true story which is told on extended autumn strong song. Plz plz plz react to both, they are absolutely beautiful and again so much passion and talent
The Bastau concert version is my favourite of all time of Daybreak. The fact that he couldn't speak for 3-4 days after The Singer version is too upsetting not only for me but more so for him. His performance in The Singer completition was flawless in all his appearances and to be able to sing at all was just amazing. He definitely is a blessing globally. Great reaction once again. It's true like you said that it's not his own story, but for me Dimash IS the grown up man thinking about the past and he IS the scared and frustrated child kicking and screeming his lungs out. But fortunately we have the concert recordings, back stage clips, fancams etc. to show the exact opposite! Dimash is fascinating because he does not need to act out to connect with his audience and fans. After the Bastau concert Dimash said he didn't want to sing this song again because he found it too emotionally upsetting.
He did some amazing things in this concert. The Bastau versions of The Diva Dance (from the Fifth Element) ruclips.net/video/o5zMupUOgQo/видео.html and the traditional Kazakh songs Adai (dombra instrumental) + Daididau ruclips.net/video/Ra4v19Rp6cQ/видео.html are absolute must sees. Those left brained critics who call Dimash a technically perfect emotionless robot need to watch the Bastau version of him singing Daididau.

Thank you so much for taking the time. This was awesome. Another really good song for double reaction would be Unforgettable Day. First his performance from the I am singer competition and then from Gakku. Both great performances and in that Gakku one, the highest note (D8) we`ve heard by Dimash, so far. And he does it live. Dimash composed the music at the age of nineteen or so. The melody line is so beautiful.

Thanks for doing this double reaction! It seems to have started a trend in requests for doubles! You can't see all the things Dimash left out in the Singer version until you hear the Bastau version! Maybe not exactly what the doctor had in mind, but you can see he tried😄 I will second the recommendations here for double reactions to "Diva Dance"/"Drunken Concubine" -a great one to do if you need cheering up- and "Autumn Strong"/"Ikanaide". So glad you are enjoying Dimash! I can't believe it's only been two weeks!

Thank you for this double reaction. There is another that you can have a double reaction for they are from Gloria wu channel for backstory is Autumn Strong , then from Dimashs channel is Ikanaide. Autumn Strong is in Mandarin and Dimash learned it in one week and has earned Plaques and awards for his singing of it. Ikanaide is the first Japanese song Dimash has sung it from the Tokyo Jazz Festival 2021. They both have the same melody but with different lyrics. The original singer is Komi Tamaki and he also sings this song with great feelings. You could also react to his version. Thank you .
It would be good to do the Kiev version of autumn strong as it has the surprise ending. Though the singer version is great too. I was at the Dubai concert and Dimash sang the first half as autumn strong and the second half as Ikenaide. It was magical.

👉 After returning from the Singer competition (2017, China), the Kazakh government was so impressed with Dimash's success that they sponsored Dimash's first solo concert entitled BASTAU. In preparation for the concert, Dimash worked so hard that he lost a lot of weight. His family was very concerned.
Here, Dimash sang “Daybreak”. This song based on a true tragic story and is very well known in China. In 1999 14 people died in a cable car accident in China. The parents of a little boy lifted their son to safety, and they themselves died. Original singer and songwriter Han Hong later adopted the child.
Dimash sings with so much pain in his voice it literally tears him apart ... and I can't stop crying.

You should really try daididau, it's also a true sad story, if you watch the competition version you get the story, it's very Kazakh and to me beautiful, for some reason it's, not highly requested but I think it shows another side to him, also the Kazakh band playing with him are wonderful. I think a lot of songs get requested to show his vocal acrobatics, this song not so much but it's a powerful beautiful song.
I agree. It's a pity that the most beautiful songs often escape reactors' notice, since we often request the flashy ones. This reinforces also the miscomprehension that Dimash is only "the man with the high notes" or that he is always "showing off".
The voice loss was the day before the show and you will note that the acupuncture treatments, etc. seem to have worked but it had to have affected his confidence a little bit.
As to the story of the song, some hear it as if the parents somehow lifted him out of the cable car but what they did was, both parents, holding him in the air so that their bodies took the impact of the fall, and the toddler survived. The parents survived the fall but died of their injuries.
