It takes time to heal from a narcissist. The key is staying away. Unfortunately you have kids so you can’t cut him off completely. So keep focusing on what you need to do for you and your kids peace of mind. ❤ Everything will fall into place once you and the kids have healed from the emotional and mental trauma.

How about crumbling up the bacon inside the pancake batter that look like it'll be much easier🤔
Y'all should do pancakes puffins "muffins" pancake mix with egg, bacon and bacon sausage (I use beef sausage turkey bacon my family does not eat pork) in or only use one meat cook, eggs, meat first then mix it with pancake mix to each it's own drizzled syrup or honey" quick easy and good! I make them for my two year old and he loves them!

girl it’s been 2 weeks please calm down… he went years without seeing his first born child & still goes weeks/months without seeing her. whenever he does see her he pull the camera out & same with the twins. i’m pretty sure everything he says/does is for content at this point

On the days that CJ has the twins, let the older kids hang out with Grandma or ask her to supervise them while you enjoy your day. A new hobby to meet new friends or just something new and different to challenge yourself. Even if it’s just once a month doing something just for you outside of your comfort zone(anything you wouldn’t normally do).

Sometimes I use pancake batter to deep fry my favorite veggies (zucchini, broccoli, onion rings, crab sticks...). Try it one day and dip them in your favorite sauce.
