Brian Patterson EXACTLY! It's just all this nonsense about like, required elements and skills that they have preset scores for. He does so much incredible stuff that's not in the norm/expected, that they don't know how to score it so they grossly underscore it. Same thing happened to Surya Bonaly in figure skating. Lots of bias in these decisions, for sure.

Actually he does a lot of stuff that are not elements. Also his execution is not the best. But I'm actually glad he sometimes sacrifices form for spectacle. Makes it awesome to watch!
