I and my wife just got back from Disney World. We built a black droid with clear dome. It was totally worth it. We stayed at All Star Movies resort. We paid the $170.00 for the bag and chip. I just ordered the jet pack for the r-series.
No, sorry, I haven't. There are sites out there where you can order a 3d print. I'm guessing you could send them the files from Thingiverse. The only thing I did to it after it was printed was paint the letters silver.
hi! what are the measurements of the feet for your r series droid? i am making my own r series droid in less than a week and im created a backpack to carry it in. i would love to make a stand for my droid to sit in while he’s in the backpack but i can’t find the feet measurements anywhere. can you help?
I would literally put whatever for those Mickey ears… I’m going to Disney soon and plan on getting another droid and I’m gonna do a Mickey themed droid kinda like yours…. Where did you get the hat for the droid?

You can always just go into the merchandise side of the store, no reservation required. 🙂
