I can't manage to set it to "ready for opening" mode. Moreover I think there's a conflict between the instruction given in the manual and what we see him doing on this video: In the manual you have to "manually rotate the rotary hook to its opening position" whereas in the video he just opens the door without any such handling. Any idea how to solve this or how to make this work? Thanks in advance.

Buonasera, ho questa serratura però quella senza pulsante rosso, si apre elettricamente da un pulsante esterno o dai citofoni, ultimamente se la apro elettricamente, da problemi per richiudere il cancello mentre se apro con la chiave il cancello si chiude al primo tentativo. Può spiegarmi cosa devo regolare per farla chiudere al primo tentativo? Grazie.

Buongiorno Emanuele, la casistica che segnala è probabilmente dovuta al fatto che arriva alla bobina un impulso troppo lungo, di conseguenza la bobina si magnetizza e si "brucia". Per evitare questo, è consigliabile sostituire la bobina e installare il modulo Booster art. 1.07022.00.0 (all'interno della serratura c'è una sede dedicata per questo accessorio).
Così facendo non avrà più questo tipo di problematica.
