Well looks like you haven't visit other places in the Dominican Republic.Go to the other side of the island that's call punta Cana and you will also be amazed how the women's treat you over there. Or you can also go to work at Boca chica. As for the hotels that's easy to find out how good they are. Just do your research.

Over 20 years ago the majority of the women were slender and curvy. Now its has been reversed. They are over weight. Sure they have some rears but it is not like how they used to be.
