They should get an engineer to clean that glass top whenever they are doing maintenance or repair on those

I was also thinking the skylight ontop of the elevator had hinges on it so if there was an emergancy and the alarm and phone were not working then the passengers could open that up and release the innerlock and get out safely but I dont think theyve added that
I think it is more of a coolness factor.
Those are my favorite elevators.

Well even though they modernised the top floor button atleast they kept the inside buttons origanal and its interesting how the actual floor selection buttons are custom while the door buttons and the alarm bell are bruiser

Not sure what brand these ones are, but I do remember that it was KONE who installed them back in 2005.

That is a nice arts center.
These have such weird logic like normally an elevator will start moving the minute the doors are shut but on these it waits a minute before the interlock latches

That's a Sematic door operator, an older version of what's on a Schindler 5500.

Uses Tyler (Sematic) door equipment. Sadly one dust on the door and fails completely. Tyler supplies door equipment for Schindler 5500 and 7000.

It was the same case for me (as well as my friend Patrick Nedz) with the parking garage elevator at my local hospital! I thought they were Montgomery; but turns out they were ACTUALLY ESCO!!!

Oh, that's a horrible elevator. The voice and buttons are nice (except for the outside pedestal), but that glass shaft demands a glass elevator cab!

They’re not just custom Innovation They’re called the Innovation Bar Buttons PB 10. I have one in my briefcase same with the Bruiser PB 23. I also have the Adams Replacement. I have EVERY BUTTON PIECE (Except The CJ Anderson)
