Sometimes plush toys can be special though, for example my plush is not replaceable because it’s from my great grandma who past away, and I don’t know what shop the plush is from

I’ve tried taking care of children before (I’m not an adult lol) and they’re hard to manage, splitting attention is hard. Cause one wants something, the other wants it too so I get why William is this way. Plus, in most au’s william was raised by abusive parents so that could’ve affected William’s present timeline. So it’s either stress or trauma.
It’s more of a patience kind of thing.
