Hi can I ask a question? Do you still feel pain after meniscus repair? I just had ACL revision, All reconstruction with median meniscus root repair at the end of March. I feel like my ligaments doing ok, but I still can feel the median pain along the joint line, that’s my biggest concerns since meniscus challenging to heal. So Nice to see your updates!

No pain from meniscus for me, but I still have some scar tissue and swelling close to the bottom of my knee cap that is causing some irritation when I run.

@@Famvestor thanks for the reply, will you have stiffness and tightness on the front of your knee? I saw your videos, you used toe-touch to ensure 20% weight-bearing within the first 4 wks, at that time, have you put your foot of the operated leg on the ground? I was instructed 30% weight-bearing as well, but I found it's very challenging to swing the injured leg all the time, sometimes I have to put the operated leg foot on the ground for some kinda support, but I am worried about the re-tear of the meniscus. How do you manage that? Have your surgeon told you if there are any signs of re-tear of the meniscus? The joint line pain made me nervous, thank you as always, I wish I could recover as well as you, you look amazing, and your videos are very motivating! Thank you for sharing!

@@qiulynn2421 yea tightness around front bottom right of knee cap, I think I just have to massage the scar tissue. Yes pretty much from day 1, I would put my operated leg on the ground but just to stabilize... I wouldn't put my full weight on it, but while I was on my crutches it would always be touching the ground.
Surgeon which I meet lik every other month always just touches my knee for liek 30 seconds says it looks good and that it... so idk.
Yea I was surprised to find out after surgery how low the recovery rate for meniscus stitching was and I was worried abotu it... but I think mine healed well.

@@Famvestor Hi I saw your recent updated videos, so amazing! Do you feel challenged in inflection in the early days? I am still struggling to bend my knee to 90 degrees, and I am in wk 4-5. I feel very very sore, sometimes painful if I try too hard too often., and stiff, and swollen. When you bend your knee, can you sit and put your foot on the ground in the first 4 weeks? You can put your weight on to walk in week 6, right? Have you gone through some setbacks in your recovery? Your videos motivated and company me in my not-so-easy journey, still hanging in there, wish I could get as good results as you. Thank you for all the sharing!.
