And was this strong only in Simulation or even in game? (Simulation+ buffs)
Only on SIm Uni you can get that sort of damage. Even if you had every single unit in the game E6S5 you wouldn't even come close to doing a billion damage

It's from gathering a bunch of fragments and using the silver coin of discord to get 50% extra. And then using the Heterogeneity: Reforge dice face to keep spamming the silver coin of discord. After getting a lot of fragments, you can use general buff: investment to increase damage by amount of fragments.

dude both would one shot the world don't dare turn this into an argument about power scaling as it hard to track both of there power accurately as their events have condtions within there own lore so the argument will only loop
