How is this more sustainable? They are putting the bread in the mosh and will have to throw away the leftover solids including that from the bread later? It is better off feeding pigs or in a biogas plant
I would love to have this throughout the day or be fancy with ice cream float but im not cutting down any REAL beer for dinner.

Old Slavic drink kvas - that's what it is. And this is by no means sustainable or green process, just another fermentation and generates waste.

This is much more wasteful. What about the water use, hops needed, and the energy used in production? Then the solids need to be thrown away anyway!
