You are telling right. Your advice is valuable, please share it with government officials. I beleive all Governments are not concerned with the development of people but they want to launch new schemes for their personal benefits and due to the reason it is not settled properly.
Don’t worry Sir, it will very soon become a most sought after locality in NCR. Have been living here for 15 years and feel same as I did in Chandigarh. It is better than Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurugram. The peace and lifestyle here is unparalleled. Thanks for sharing the videos of locality as I live out of town due to job but miss it every minute. Your videos give a virtual tour of this beautiful place.
@@RajOberoi-o4i once we take risk everything is alright. When we settled here a few people lived here but now this sector is thriving. People have misconception about safety here. Delhi and Gurugram are unsafer compared to Greater Noida. All facilities are available here. Even the outermost sectors are populated now. Sigma I is a good sector. Small units are better than bigger plots. P3 sector is the best.
@@NavodayaArtClub but one more thing I wanna mentioned mam we & all utubers told us that coz of big plots in sigma 1 is d reason of less occupancy but still being a owner of house of sigma 1 must say there is some very big issues in greater noida coz I went to faridabad couple of days back n I saw that even 1000 meter plots have 100 percent occupancy so I really worried about wt vl going to happen in this area , wen will that day come that greater noida bcom at least 50 percent occupied 100 percent to I cud not imagine in dreams

Once Greater Noida become freehold, believe me it will become hell, the way many parts of Delhi/New Delhi have turned out to be as civic amenities, infrastructure, greedy builders, environmental destruction, loss of greenery, parking issues all have turned Delhi, New Delhi into a nightmare.. Hope authority and government don't adventure into this area as raised by builders and greedy property consultant lobby...
@@harishmehra9080 brother I am having a plot in sigma 1 and eagerly wanna shift there coz of beautiful infrastructure of that society but coz of less occupancy I dropped my idea so only freehold can solve this less occupancy issue and rates vl also go like rocket only after that otherwise no chance of price appreciated and staying is also difficult in sigma 1
How long have you been a resident of NCR? I have seen Gurugram develop from a totally irrelevant satellite town of Delhi to what it is today and it didn't take much time. The difference between the Gurugram of 1998 to the Gurugram of 2008 was like chalk and cheese. You certainly need a better understanding of urban planning and how it ties to the real estate market. Secondly, Greater Noida is just over 2 decades old and not a 30 year old city as wrongly quoted by yourself in a lot of your videos. This shows your lack of knowledge about the city and the larger NCR region as such.
