Though it is true that high altitude makes planes go faster, it is however more likely a bug with the ultralight making it fly even faster then other planes maybe because it has modified flight physics to glide or due to it’s engine option because it has a unique engine that makes it go off the radar or a combination of both, the thing is that no plane can go that fast regardless of altitude.
Awhile back Me and my buddy did flight formation with an ultralight and a hydra and it glitched and he went 300+ mph.. in the ultralight… yeah it was insane

Funny part was, the guy messaged me in amazement like I was hacking. Then he tried to blow up the Bob again, and I exited so he didn't get the kill. Forever 1-0 🤣

NPC car came up behind me in far northern LS at what had to be at least 50 MPH (we were not on a highway at the time, BTW), barely missing me... but then, after slowing down at the top of the hill, PULLED A U-TURN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD JUST TO TAKE ANOTHER RUN AT ME. Car was not even an enemy on the radar, nobody inside shooting or anything. No reason to attack at all, let alone with that much insistence on doing so.

Easy way to do the longfin CP setup : get the truck near the police station, get armored car, kill all cops around the longfin and lose them. and get your longfinpeacefully to the destination : )

Clip thats starts at 24:40, sometimes when you're flying over the mountains like that the trees wont load fast enough so they aren't considered physical objects until they're loaded in. So you can be flying flow over these mountains trying to get over them and a tree will spawn into the back of your plane and trap you.
You can do Cayo Perico in an invite only session. On Xbox, the load screens are way faster on an invite only session, which saves about 5+minutes overall.

Last week I was in the north driving my Sub back to the south when I saw a player heading my direction. I switched to periscope waiting to see if he was gunning for me. He wasn't. Merryweather buzzards were swarming him. I kept blasting them out of the sky until he got in his dingy and made it to his Kasaka. Random acts of kindness lol
I'm pretty sure that barrage fling glitch is called collision fling where 2 objects that are solid coiled into each other, since when you crash into something with a car in gta 5 it usually throws you back, but when 2 solid like a car and a player crash inside each other it doesn't throw you back, but the physics still try to throw you back resulting into a fling.
Once I was having a nice day just chilling and trying to fly to cayo perico and this jet griefer tried to kill me but I decided to become an Air Force pilot and somehow managed to make them crash
The coolest thing I’ve ever done in a plane was get a lazer to chase me and then cause him to crash and explode by going underneath some highways. I also crashed soon after but for some reason my plane didn’t explode

At an altitude above 750 feet your plane will fly faster. It's minimum the height from the maze bank tower.
