My first client at the salon right after getting my barbers license (9 months after graduating) was a skin fade and it was the one I was so scared to do! It turned out ok but I wish I could back and fix it the line wasn’t like a bowl around the head I did like an inch around the ears and a then an inch in the back so it was like a square lmao in the moment I couldn’t think how to fix it now I know but still bums me out makes me feel better knowing that it isn’t the norm to get a skin fade asap I’ve only had four clients since I’ve opened and two have been skin fades it’s like what you like the least is what you end up doing lmao
