Not quite accurate.. Sound Designers design sounds, usually using synths and audio samples. They do not mix projects, unless they're assuming another role.
Mixing is done by mix engineers.
Foley by both foley recording artists and sound designers combined.
You should at least mention audio synthesis in this video - core skill for a Sound Designer.
