At 6:43 how do you select a point on the circle in 'Base Support' when defining the cylinder in 'Hinge'? When I try it doesn't snap to anything in the other part?

from Tools, turn on Peers feature. You will select point, edge,.. of other assembly parts when design a new part in assembly

How do you move the sketch lines when they are tangent to circles please? I didn't understand.

@@CADCAMLearning Hello. I tried but not understand how it works yet? There's a red circle with a cross inside it at the tangency point and sometimes the line moves along the target line and sometimes not...? What am I doing wrong?
