If you have the subwoofer in the back you need to remove the speaker cover and the 4 bolts to remove the cover and need to disconnect both tweeters under both covers. So need to remove both covers with a plastic pry tool and disconnect those
Thank you so much for the great post. Your clear and easy to follow instructions gave me the confidence I needed to remove the cracked stock sub and install a new 10 inch subwoofer. Thank you.
Hey man. Good video, could show more, but still helped me to get to know where these tethers are actually located (so hard to figure it out) What covers/caps did you use? Does it matter if they are from a newer model?
Actualy what need to do exactly in that 3 cliping area?i have skoda rapid car ,i have same setup in my car but i cant able to open, im from india.u r subscriber.
@UltimateDIY my dear friend clips available in my car, im having dout simply need to pull the pannel up side or need to press the clip and after want to pull the pannel.
Hi mate! based on your experience... do you think it is possible to remove it without moving forward the rear seats backrest? I do not have folding seats and I would like to avoid that.
Did you have to remove the subwoofer before taking the cover off? I have the B8.5 and feel like there is still something holding it in place after unclipping the base cover and trying to pull it out in a similar way. Trying to fix the sub rattle in the back with some felt tape
I think if you have the factory subwoofer, you have additional screws. Try to pry out the plastic cover on top of the sub and see if there are any screws.
Ultimate DIY Yeah, I think there are 2 screws I read about still holding it down. Going to try tomorrow when the sun is back out for me lol. Thank you for the quick reply!
@@lieu14 I actually got it looked at by Audi after the tape didn't help and learned the actual subwoofer was blown so I replaced that and the rattle completely stopped

I have no idea if Skoda Rapid has clips in same areas, so I can't give any advice.

Avant frate, Avant! Gusturile nu se discută, dar Avanturile sunt mult mai frumoase şi mai practice, părerea mea!
Pai tocmai asta faci, discuti gusturile 😄
Partea cu practice, in schimb, e corecta si sunt de acord 👍🏻
Hello ! How do you think it will be the same of A4 B5 ?
Hello. I would expect at least similar.
Hi mate! based on your experience... do you think it is possible to remove it without moving forward the rear seats backrest? I do not have folding seats and I would like to avoid that.
Hi! From what I remember, no. The backrest needs to go down.
Is the antenna for Satnav in this area too?
I don't really know.

Ok, hope that's what it was.
Did you fix the rattle? I have the same rattle coming from the rear deck, would prefer not to have to take the rear deck out but will I have to

What size subwoofer?

Спасибо, отличное видео 🪽
Welcome!
Could you please make video how to install LOC Line out Converter to upgrade doors speaker , adding aftermarket amp and sub, thanks
Hello. Impossible to do it. I already upgraded my speakers. Will not do other audio upgrades for now.
😊 i hate cars, alot of wasted space because of the rear seat, i prefer station wagon designs 😍
It's true, station wagons are way more practical, but I never liked that shape 🙄
