I'm looking to do something similar with a a LINDR AS-XX, i have some questions: 1) I want to command it through a STC-1000, but how do you "command" the pump? 2) What kind of water connectors do you use between your system and the LINDR? 3) What size of fermenter do you have? I've to cool and coldcrash 2x60L 4) As I said, I've 2 fermenter, which both have their own temperature probe. Is there 2 pump to activate? 5) How audible is this ? Can you hear it a lot?
Hello! Could you please help me with some questions? I am thinking of buying the AS80 model, I have two 14 gallon chronicals with the ftss system and I am wondering if the chiller will be able to maintain cold crash in both fermenters, or at least one fermenter in cold crash and the other at fermentation temperature. what do you think? Have you been able to drop below 7 ° C? Thanks in advance and greetings from Chile!
Glen, have you tried Riwaka hops yet? they are from New Zealand, similar to Amarillo, they are very popular at the moment one of the nicest hops I have tried, I'm in south east Australia I am on a farm we are in spring now I'm thinking about growing my own hops too, I would also love to grow my own barley and then malt the barley for brewing, 'be self sufficient in beer ingredients' wouldn't that be great, cheers
Hi Peter, no I haven't yet tried Rowan's hops, I will search for it in the homebrew store for sure. Thanks for the tip! Growing hops is awesome indeed give it a try. Making homemade malts is a step too high for me, growing barley and make them sprout and then roast... Not sure but it will be awesome,. Maybe in the future with a lot of time to spend 😃 Cheers 🍻 and thanks for the comment again!
@@homebeerbrewery they are called 'Riwaka hops' a lot of nice hops coming from New Zealand, we are in a cooler temperate climate here in SE Australia and hops grow well here as well I think the famous one from Australia is Galaxy
Video waardig?
Little escape artist @ 7:50 making a getaway.
I love cascade hops. Cheers
Great video as usual Glen.
Thank you. Cheers
Nice video, as always!
Cheers

What's your favorite hops?
I love Citra hops. Next to it, Cascade and Centennial. Cheers

Glenn you should split up these videos, I really enjoyed the hop drying.
Hi, thanks for the kind comment. Next year I will make a proper video about the hop harvest, from picking to use. Cheers!
