On June 26th, 2024, the Pekin Police Department received a 911 call from a man reporting that a baby in the care of a babysitter was unresponsive. This is footage of the events that followed.
They call the man a liar despite him being innocent, they coddle the woman the whole way even after it's obvious she is lying. That guy would have gone down for something if not for the phone messages.
To be fair, this boyfriend sounds SO guilty. He sounds like he has absolutely zero confidence in everything he’s saying and he keeps saying “I swear” or “I promise” which every guilty person always says lol
You can’t judge how any one talks when thrust into a situation like that. Nothing is as black and white as - “the way they sound” that would be some bargain basement policing if you did.
@ferguscorbella5277 Give me a reason why I'm wrong. Practice has shown that the right to remain silent and the right to legal representation exist for very good reasons. No-one except you will exercise these rights for you, so everyone should be prepared to put them to good use.
@andy_B_goodeyea I was getting irritated by that detective’s insistence on the guy lying. Seemed obvi to me from the jump he was telling the truth, esp when HE volunteered to the detective the text messages from his girl telling him to lie 🙄
And the stupid investigator was still acting like he was the one lying even though he was honest in telling her about his girlfriend trying to get him to lie. She definitely coddled the female but was confrontational to the guy even after he told the truth. 19:12 she said I can tell your lying by your reaction. Well I can tell from his reaction that he’s telling the truth! Lady detective says “Oh well it sounds like she was trying to accuse you of something” No, it doesn’t! It sounds like she was trying to get him to cover for her! She had a narrative in her head that proved to be incorrect.
I was babysitting a very rambunctious toddler along with my two toddlers. Then the mom (k) added her older two kids on top (one of which was a nightmare). I was having mental breakdown one after the other, told mom this and that she needed to find new care and she never even tried to find a new sitter. I had to tell her “I will not be opening my door to you on Monday” before she finally stopped coming over. Not that this mom would have done what K did to me- but some people are just so dismissive and selfish they’d continue sending their kids into bad situations.
@abberdailmarie4887 I'm lucky... I tried to get a job watching a special needs kid and the father almost called the cops on me just for showing up to the interview. I never have to worry about anyone wanting me to watch their kids.
I'm lucky... I nearly had the police called on me just for showing up to an interview for a job watching someone's kid. No one's going to be asking me to watch their kid.
@BloodInkPages its about reactions, JCS has a great video about this, but even though she knows what's true, she is testing him by turning up the pressure of going down for this as well to see how he reacts, a big flag is that he straight up gave them his phone even before she brought it up (which she definitely would have had he tried protect her as well) but innocent people tend to become distraught or even sometimes angry when accused of something, you can see how uncomfortable he becomes.
@BloodInkPages She pushed on him - walked in the other room - and then recognized the girl was lying. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the interrogator pushing on the guy... that's her job. 'I can tell you're lying' is a tactic. She accused him for all of 30 seconds, walked next door, and promptly stopped accusing the minute the girl said 'I was just asking if he's ok'.
That’s what I’m saying, like if this situation would’ve happened to her first she would be heartbroken but you can do it to someone else and you think it’s okay….🧍🏾♀️🥲
In a legal sense, she didn't "murder" the baby. People love to use that word to say when someone's actions causes a person to lose their life. She'll probably be convicted of manslaughter. To "murder" a person, that means you intended for that person to die, you wanted that person to die. She only tried to pin it on the bf after they found out the baby had passed away
I'll be thinking about her, and her family today... Thanks for letting us know it's the anniversary 😔 At least she's in a more peaceful place, than this cruel world... And if nothing else does, I hope at least that gives her mama and Daddy a tiny bit of comfort. Lord, I just can't fathom it, and I hope I never have to. I hope nobody else ever does... If only I had a magic wand 😢💔
😢My heart goes out to her mom. Sometimes evil hides in ways we can't see. Her mother didn't know this woman was evil. It's not her fault. Rest peacefully sweet girl. I'm sorry that you were treated so cruelly.
The cops saying that the babysitter was hysterical was absolute a stretch of the imagination.. him saying that the boyfriend was super calm he looked more visibly distraught then the girl did
Cops wanna force things sometimes…tried making look as if the bf did something wrong! The babysitter didn’t shed a tear! She just seemed like “oh 💩 I’m gonna go to jail” in my opinion and the bf seemed genuinely concerned for the baby even his tone in the 91q call! And I guarantee you she didn’t tell him to call 911 HE told her he was going to!
The mom’s crying made me cry. Pregnancy, birth, bonding, dreaming about the future, and then some monster just murders your baby. A piece of that woman’s heart died with her child.
I couldn't possibly imagine how disorienting losing a child can be under natural causes. But this? Pointless wastefulness, and the world is deprived a promising young soul. For all we knew, that little girl could've grown up to save the world one day. And now she's gone.
lol he was so sweet but the nervous laughing/trying to make mum feel comfortable probably wasn’t the best decision. You could absolutely tell he meant well but most of the time I was thinking, “Please stop talking”. The mum probably wasn’t even taking most of the information in… and he did provide a lot of information lol
She really tried to convince her boyfriend to take the fall for baby murder. Even set him up to look like he was paying his Xbox and not paying attention to the kid. Holy shit this woman is evil.
@angelicgarlicby detective stardards shes pretty cute. lol. Blonde hair. Big boobs. Tight jeans. All pieces are there. She’s not a good cop at all. But nice to look at
All cops and detectives are persnickety, self righteous people who tend to believe whatever story their mind comes up with. No matter how what reason and evidence show. Once their mind is said, it’s hard to change it. And too bad that it’s often wrong.
Yes, the investigator was acting rather biased against him. She seemed really inexperienced. It seemed clear to me what was happening (he was being truthful) and we obviously have way less intel as RUclips viewers/
She had the female detective fooled, convinced her boyfriend did it. It’s much easier for women to get away with false accusations and lie their way out from under suspicion in general. It’s caused some very serious problems for quite a number of people. Hell, it’s put people on death row, caused mob lynchings, and led to some of the most infamous incidents in history. That’s not to say that men haven’t been absolutely monsters as well, but women in particular have a unique ability to sob and lie their way out of it.
Exactly that was so irritating she immediately believed this evil ass lady for absolutely no good reason and his whole reaction to what she was saying was genuine but she still was adamant it was him that was lying 🤦🏻♀️
“reading body language” is pseudoscientific nonsense and i don’t know why people take self-proclaimed ‘experts’ on it seriously. you get the truth through evidence and investigation, not unprovable bullshit like having your legs crossed or blinking too often. there’s a reason she’s a detective and not you. The job is about lining stories up with reality, not conjuring up some nonsense about how you think the way that the suspect is moving reveals their guilt. show me one court where ‘body language’ is admissible evidence. one. Lies are easily disproven, by actually lining them up with facts and evidence, not by pretending you can read minds because the guy youre questioning picked his nose exactly 5 times and shifted his seating position 13 times and that means ‘guilty’. get real. nobody knows why people act the way they are acting just by looking, and anyone who says they can are liars, con artists, scammers, etc.
She was trying to make him defend himself by threatening his safety when he was worried about his girl. Now he went into defense mode and will CONFESS TRUTH
She shows she is at fault because she didn't do anything to help Sylvie & just leaves her apartment to get her sister come be with her cause she is scared. I don't know about you all but I react to help the kids when hurt after I help them & they are okay then I do scared!! Can see image how Scared Sylvie was when she was hurting her!!
She murdered another woman's innocent baby just because she was overwhelmed She should've called the baby's mom and told her what was going on She is a monster
The cop at the beginning on the scene was so gentle with the mom he knew what was coming and he tried his best to comfort her 😢😢😢 hearing her crying was so sad
She left her van in front of the babysitter’s house. She or someone she knows had to go back to that place to get the van after. Ugh. I can’t imagine. 😥
YES- extremely compassionate, professional and helpful. I hate when there’s a crisis and the cops are like” cut the theatrics” or “ tears aren’t helping”. This officer was wonderful-authoritative,reassuring kind and thoughtful. Respect and gratitude to him.
All she had to do was walk away. Tell her boyfriend that she needed a break & walk away. I have to give him credit for telling the detective about the text messages.
Mentally unstable people dont have critical thinking skills. But i don't think she was unstable just not able to control her emotions. Like many people under the age of 30
It really pissed me off how the investigator assumed the boyfriend was lying. Her tone and demeanor was very different when talking to him over the baby killer.
In all the child murders are tallied, it is far more common for a man to do it rather than a woman. The police would not have been doing their job if they had not considered him.
@YoureGhey agree and I'm a woman. Hate to see this crap. I personally feel this detective maybe shouldn't be in this field, cause she was so determined that the man was lying and couldn't fathom that the girl was the one lying.
I would usually disagree to these type of statements as they tend to be very biased (usually) but in this case it is very much warranted! N I’d have to unfortunately agree with the comment above mine as well!🤦🏾♂️😔
As a mother herself, how the hell could she do that to another mother? They’d still be pulling me off of her ass TIL THIS DAY. RIP sweet baby, and I’m so sorry to the mother 💔
I don’t think that really means anything, I don’t think most mothers like listening to their baby or any other baby crying because it triggers a stress response and it means that the baby is unhappy. You want any baby under your care to be happy and it is frustrating and overwhelming when a baby won’t stop crying. That being said what she did is absolutely horrific and unforgivable.
Women will always side with other women and this is a major case and evidence of such. Despite all facts, logic, evidence they will side with their own
Yes she did. Her anxiety (which is nervousness) is for herself NOT the child. Empathy for me, no empathy for thee. This is the key when trying to solve these crimes and identify potential psychopathy. The detective is horrendous!
Even after the babysitter was caught lying and admitted to murder, that interrogator was being way gentler with her than she was ever being with the boyfriend, despite the fact that he was fully cooperative and hadn't done anything suspicious.
Nope, I was too. It is always assumed that the man is the perpetrator and that needs to stop. I thought investigations by detectives were supposed to be unbiased.
Detective had no proof of the boyfriend doing harm to the baby but decided he was the guilty one. She needs to be taken off the role of interrogator if she has such bias's like that.
@KathrynSrce3719 i wouldnt assume its because of gender, it probably was but the detective was just unprofessional. Being biased is unprofessional and if a detective is biased they should just find another profession.
Unfortunately, the odds suggest that the boyfriend was responsible. I understand how awful it must be to be falsely accused, but the police would not be doing their job if they did not look at both the babysitter and her boyfriend.
To be fair, the way his chilled out demeanor was unusual for someone experiencing an emergency. The cops were right to notice that. And he Was deceptive to the investigators.
Or she was trying to put pressure on him so he would give away something that would further the investigation, like the text messages which he showed her to defend himself.
It's awful. My friend lost her son to SIDS. I went to the hospital while they were working on him. The doctor came out and told her and her husband he didn't make it. I will never forget the anguish they were in and the sound of their crying.
That is a cry of a mother who knows her child had died. She absolutely knew and it is the most horrifying sound on the planet, the cries of a parent who has lost a child.
This female officer needs to apologize to the boyfriend and the boyfriend needs to sue the police department for false accusations against him. As far as I’m concerned she needs to face serious jail time, the sad part about this is she has a child and she killed someone else baby. Absolutely pure evil and she is very manipulated and a liar thoughout the police interrogation. 😢😢
I left my 6 week old baby with a woman who claimed to be an experienced babysitter and mother. About 45 minutes after I left, she called me and told me my baby hadn't stopped crying. She couldn't handle it. She put my baby in a crib, left the room, shut the door, and called me. I hope this woman has all of the positive karma in the world because her actions truly saved my baby's life. This is the way to handle when you are overwhelmed.
The same thing happened with my mother. I left my son who was about 2, with my mom while I was going to see my husband in the ICU I never left my son with anyone at that point and the very first time did, when going to see my husband, I had literally just walked in his room at the hospital and my mother called flipping out. She couldn't find his binky and he was crying. SHE was yelling and screaming, and I could hear my son crying in the backround I gave my husband a kiss and ran out of the room and sped home in a snowstorm. Needless to say he's never been left with anyone since. I don't have reliable people in my life that I could count on the actually care about my son. It's sad. But better safe than sorry. Hes only been with me or my husband( his daddy)
@Jesus_savesss she barely did. And I was left with babysitters who choked me. Shot me with BB guns...gtfo of here dont assume u know shit. I was molested by one of her boyfriends. I had an awful childhood.
@becki_booooh that’s terrible. I am so blessed. All five of our grandchildren are prominent in our lives. I’m so sorry it’s not that way with every family. I hope it gets better for you both. ❤
If you are not a patient person don't become a babysitter. Don't even consider having your own babies. Taking care of a baby requires a lot of patience
My baby sister was a happy camper until she was around 3. Some babies have a lot of tummy aches and growing pains in general but my baby sister was just the most pleasant thing. She could go a whole day without crying at all, largely because my mom was very attentive and she was never left alone.
Society needs to accept that some people don't want to be parents or shouldn't be then. I KNOW that I don't have the patience or desire to care for a kid, but that doesn't stop every moron with an opinion from telling me why I'm wrong and will change my mind.
The sexism on display was absolutely disgusting. To automatically assume the male is lying to you simply because he's male and the female is telling the truth simply because she is female is discrimination. It is sexism. It is wrong.
Upset is usually the response when you hear a version of a story that is not consistent with what actually happened (especially during a death investigation)
Tomorrow will be a year since the baby passed away. Guys, pray for the family and those who worked on this case. I can’t imagine what the parents are still going through.
The blonde detective is so unprofessional and automatically took the killers side, she biased and falsely accused an innocent guy. Can’t imagine how many innocent people she put away. She is terrible
She didn't know who might of did what she handled it as it happened. We knew the woman did it because of the title of the video. The boyfriend wasn't arrested or anything he was just questioned. Everyone's mad at the detective because they know the title of the video and think the detective should just immediately be able to solve the case. Guess what she did and got the confession. The boyfriend was never arrested he was just told what could happen if he was lying he didn't lie nothing happened y'all need to chill lol
Right on, @justinbobby7659! However, the monster responsible for the baby's death will face the eternal nightmare on Judgement Day!! ⚖ FIAT JUSTITIA RUAT CAELUM (Let Justice Be Done Though The Heavens Fall) ⚖
i still there was probably an intruder, probably someone with dreadlocks or something maybe. bc they don’t look like the type of ppl to commit crime, something is off abt this whole thing.
Both should have contacted lawyers and not said anything to the police. They should also say they need to consult with a doctor for physical and mental health issues.
Very right. The detective boasts that she had been doing this a long time and her instincts tell her this and that. DEAD WRONG. Plus condescending. She works for us. We don’t work for her.
@KipCarte-ym4edshe has to do that to get them to tell the truth😂. She’s of course going to push to see if it was both or just one of them who had something to do with what occurred.
6:50 - I can't even IMAGINE. I remember the absolute PANIC I felt one time when my infant was choking...and all the thoughts that went through my mind at lightning speed...thinking that an ambulance would be at least five minutes away, every second without oxygen leads to increased levels of brain damage, my baby either being a vegetable for the rest of his life, or just GONE entirely. I was able to dislodge the food item he was choking on with the two finger swipe and frantically patting him on the back at a downward angle...but I was shaking and upset for DAYS afterwards. Those few seconds where he wasn't breathing were just burned into my very soul. I can't even IMAGINE the unbearable AGONY this poor mom felt when she heard her baby wasn't breathing...and when she saw the paramedics bringing her daughter out of that house on a stretcher. 😰😭😭😭😭 I believe in the de*th penalty for people who hurt/k!ll babies and children. Life in prison isn't good enough.
No, taking another human life is a low, no matter the justification And if it was my kid, no I will not advocate for taking their life as prison is much worse
They really need to replace that female detective she can ruin peoples lives being so judgmental. It’s an investigation because nobody knows the truth yet and she’s acting like she has the answers and accusing the wrong person.
The helpless white woman syndrome. This young blonde haired woman wouldn’t be capable of killing a baby vs a man. It’s scary how much this comes into play in these true crime stories.
for real, detective was 100% on the side of the girlfriend even after the man telling her she was the one trying to shift the story. I mean I guess🤷🏽♂️😭
Lol, you He Man Woman Haters are crazy ! She was investigating the death of a child and she was lying, its a tactic ALL cops (especially detectives) use every day. Despite what TV shows like Lie To Me portray, nobody is a human lie detector. She found some pieces of the puzzle that didn't fit. She pushed with a serious accusation and the dude flipped on his GF in an instant and even unlocked it to show the messages.Led to a detailed confession and a slam dunk case for the prosecution. Don't hate her just cause she's a woman, cause in case you didn't know, that is the exact sentiment you are giving off with this comment
I feel so bad for the mother, imagine going to work so you hire a babysitter, and then you find out that she suffocated your baby because they where CRYING. That is crazy
@AFriendlyCrackheadwhat an odd/ignorant thing to say. Did you want the mom to look into the future to find out a babysitter would murder her child? How do you “research ” people that potentially have a clean background? Oh.
@AFriendlyCrackheadThe babysitter had no prior record of any kind and was a friend of the mother and a mother herself. Was she supposed to just look her up and find out she's a known baby killer that's out on the streets waiting for people to hire her to watch their kids? You sound ret*****
Love to the greiving mother and her family. I hope that one day you will heal and find peace in your life. Through jesus name, Amen. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤God bless you Xxxx
@katteresa6174 This is the problem today. No one wants to be corrected, they just want to stay dumb. Correcting someone isn't bad, you know? If no one corrects them then they keep making themselves look foolish. The only upside for them is they get left-wing liberals with pink hair, septum piercings, tatts and a 5 o'clock shadow foolishly jumping to their defence in the comments section. Stupid is as stupid does, I guess.
Because usually that is the case that the boyfriend did something. A psychopathic female murderer who kills a baby is not common. The detective started with the most common situation, and the evidence showed it was different. Same thing with s-abuse: 9/10 it’s a nonbiological male having access to the child that is the cause, so that’s why police seldom expect a female perpetrator when it happens, because it rarely happens.
@MomentsInTradingif that’s what u think happened you need to pay better attention. That investigator had her mind made up that the bf did it from the start. If it wasn’t for those texts he would be in jail right now .
Imagine being so egotistical and self-absorbed that you think it's a normal reaction to the death of a baby in your care to run over to your sister's house because you "needed somebody". Only concerned about comforting YOURSELF and not even wondering if this child in crisis can be saved.
Feminist bullshit. Most women shouldn’t be in ANY position of power but here we are. Ironically, they usually make pretty good detectives. This one was a fool.
I wouldn't necessarily fire the lady detective, but she DEFINITELY needs some serious retraining, working w/ a more seasoned partner...or busted down to patrol.
Unfortunately for all the viewers, this 28 minute video is sensationalized from over 3+ hours of interrogation. This company submits FOIA requests for salacious investigations and then content farms out to masses for $$. They should post link to full video for those making ignorant comments about detective “being tough” to one party and “easy” on another. FOIA request also doesn’t show ALL interviews conducted with additional information-not public information until trial. Be respectful of all involved and remember that no hateful speech will bring back sweet baby Sylvie.
Condescending idiot. Most women in positions of “power” are. I’m a woman, call me sexist. Women cops, lawyers, judges, doctors, nurses, politicians, teachers…. Vile women are attracted to these professions. They are very biased and usually extremely sexist towards men because they feel so threatened and they need to “prove” themselves, always on the defense.
It's semi-intentional. It's a tactic. and some of it is just the way she naturally carries herself. But to come off as very feminine, polite, gentle, sweet, etc, is an interview tactic. It's a non-threatening demeanor which invites admissions during interviewing.
It’s a tactic. She knows the boyfriend is innocent but she has to really make him feel like he is on the line incase he knew her temper or any other clues or issues so he would tell it all. For all we know he could wanna save his partner no matter what.
if you can't stand a child's crying then babysitting is the last job you should consider
PPD is a helluva thing
Or just babysit older children.
My thought exactly.
@SnarkyLadyhaha
As if injuring another kid prior would have been a life lesson.
The first red flag is the babysitter doesn't seem upset at all.
I know, I would be a basket case.
She just seems scared for herself which is so telling
She didn’t even stay with the baby when the cops got there!!! SICK
RIGHT!!!
They call the man a liar despite him being innocent, they coddle the woman the whole way even after it's obvious she is lying. That guy would have gone down for something if not for the phone messages.
She had the nerve to attempt to hug that mother?!!! She is EVIL.
WITH a smug dupers delight smile
And tried to get her boyfriend in trouble! She needs to be locked away forever!
She was so selfish she actually wanted the mother to comfort HER. Sickening.
Pure WICKED
And mom wasn't interested. I'm glad mom embarrassed her by not allowing her to fake her comfort
How they treated the boyfriend is a good reminder for everyone to remain silent and ask for a lawyer even if you haven't done anything wrong.
Yup!!! The police are NOT your friends, and sometimes is not about finding the culprit. It's about pinning it on someone.
Sad you think like that. You’re wrong
@ferguscorbella5277 Give me a reason why I'm wrong. Practice has shown that the right to remain silent and the right to legal representation exist for very good reasons. No-one except you will exercise these rights for you, so everyone should be prepared to put them to good use.
Trying to incriminate her boyfriend is stone cold creepy.
Protecting THEMSELVES is all criminals think about
She even tried to get him to go along with it.
That's why i prefer to remain a single man.
@davek5777 is that why?? Lol jk
Especially the cop doing it.
That boyfriend’s heart must have dropped knowing she was trying to pin it on him.
Gotta love the woman detective saying "I know you're lying!"
Gruesome demon right here.
Not only did she try to pin it on him she tried getting him to go along with it..
Dude i know her personally. It blows my mind she was ever capable of this. I hope she rots in prison.
@andy_B_goodeyea I was getting irritated by that detective’s insistence on the guy lying. Seemed obvi to me from the jump he was telling the truth, esp when HE volunteered to the detective the text messages from his girl telling him to lie 🙄
The guy saved himself from years of imprisonment by not doing what the monster suggested.
That text saved his a** because the detective was after soy boy from the start.
Yeah, she was trying to manipulate him into a situation where she could blame it on him.
He absolutely did, @DearDextra, no doubt about it!
Yea, she was planning that from the jump hugging the baby’s mom
And the stupid investigator was still acting like he was the one lying even though he was honest in telling her about his girlfriend trying to get him to lie. She definitely coddled the female but was confrontational to the guy even after he told the truth. 19:12 she said I can tell your lying by your reaction. No, it doesn’t! It sounds like she was trying to get him to cover for her! She had a narrative in her head that proved to be incorrect.
“Until the baby closed her eyes” she looked into her eyes while she died
“Sorry, I can’t watch your child, I’m a mess”
*all it would have taken to save the kids life*
I was babysitting a very rambunctious toddler along with my two toddlers. Then the mom (k) added her older two kids on top (one of which was a nightmare). @abberdailmarie4887 ITS HAD BUT AS WE AGE OR MATURE WE LEANR HOW TO DELEGATE AND TO SAY NO! SRY FOIR ALL CAPPSSS
I'm lucky... I nearly had the police called on me just for showing up to an interview for a job watching someone's kid. No one's going to be asking me to watch their kid.
All our problems in America come from women and black supremacists. Typical Harris voter.
Babysitter just threw her boyfriend under the bus. She is such a liar.
That’s crazy how she said he was down there with her . Kinda scary.
Women.
And the detective fell right into her trap immediately and went after him, accusing him of lying

Them saying the bf wasnt upset . I feel like he was more upset
He was calmer, and she was a little frantic. That goes to show that reactions aren't always a dead giveaway.
Ya, I didn't agree when the cop said that, either!! ✌🌸
Nah he really wasn't that upset.
Even if he wasn't upset. That's not sus. Some people handle stuff like that differently
Yea I spent some time in the Army. I would have been completely calm. It's not fair to try to pin it on him because of his reaction.
the investigator is giving high school girl vibes... I mean her questioning is horrible.
She has her own children and then murdered another woman's baby...... that's horrific.
Goes to show you just because they are ," mothers" don't mean they should be trusted
Agreed
That’s what I’m saying, like if this situation would’ve happened to her first she would be heartbroken but you can do it to someone else and you think it’s okay….🧍🏾♀️🥲
@arielwatsonYESSSSSS i was coming to comment thissss🙏🏼🙏🏼 like wtafff
In a legal sense, she didn't "murder" the baby. People love to use that word to say when someone's actions causes a person to lose their life. She'll probably be convicted of manslaughter. To "murder" a person, that means you intended for that person to die, you wanted that person to die. She only tried to pin it on the bf after they found out the baby had passed away
A moment of silence for Sylvie who died a year ago today
🙏🏼💔🙏🏼
❤
Oh, wow. I just noticed it was exactly a year ago today. Spooky 😢❤
😢My heart goes out to her mom. Sometimes evil hides in ways we can't see. Her mother didn't know this woman was evil. It's not her fault. Rest peacefully sweet girl. I'm sorry that you were treated so cruelly.
That poor mother's cries were so hard to listen to, my heart goes out to her and her family. Rest well sweet baby.
You can just imagine how she felt/reacted once she found out the cause.
@peteg8187 I bet she wanted to hurt the baby sitter. Can’t blame her 😔
Very sad. I thought the baby survived. Picking a babysitter is difficult. The best ones are the ones you know not a stranger. 🙏
I broke down when I heard her screaming omg 😢💔
I teared up listening to the mom, praying for her n family…that other lady is sick
She was gonna be a serial killer if she wasn’t stopped , she is sick
"Im really scared." Imagine how that poor, helpless baby felt you monster!!!!
If the monster is 'really scared' now, @robynvaccaro9287, wait until her rotten ass is behind bars! Then she'll know what REAL FEAR is!!
"I just wanna give him a kiss!" Oh, you mean like the mother of the baby that she killed would like to do to her child.. Unbelievable
This
it’s not her fault, mental health is a real thing.
Everyone deserves a second chance, she made a mistake.
@TheBeigeRaider
WHAT?!
The cops saying that the babysitter was hysterical was absolute a stretch of the imagination.. him saying that the boyfriend was super calm he looked more visibly distraught then the girl did
I thought the same thing.
He was setting the stage, just in case the truth didn't come out.
Yup agree 💯 she couldn't careless
The babysitter’s boyfriend was more upset but not as much as normal people would be given circumstances
The mom’s crying made me cry. Pregnancy, birth, bonding, dreaming about the future, and then some monster just murders your baby. A piece of that woman’s heart died with her child.
Nah. Her heart is gonna be fine.
@RolobubbaAww, cute rage bait
I couldn't possibly imagine how disorienting losing a child can be under natural causes. But this? Pointless wastefulness, and the world is deprived a promising young soul. For all we knew, that little girl could've grown up to save the world one day. And now she's gone.
More than a piece…
@Rolobubba is making mc nuggets really a cook?
That female detective was the worse! She handled her with such care even while arresting her.
Cop talking to the mom was a good dude
So good. God Bless him. He sounded so scared but so reassuring ❤
1000%
He was very impressive! He kept her as calm as a mother could be in that moment and even got her in the car to bring her to the hospital
lol he was so sweet but the nervous laughing/trying to make mum feel comfortable probably wasn’t the best decision. You could absolutely tell he meant well but most of the time I was thinking, “Please stop talking”. The mum probably wasn’t even taking most of the information in… and he did provide a lot of information lol
Yes
She really tried to convince her boyfriend to take the fall for baby murder. Even set him up to look like he was paying his Xbox and not paying attention to the kid. Holy shit this woman is evil.
Pure evil !!
And then we have the dummy detective who sucks at her job who is trying to pin it on the bf. So messed up.
And immediately tried to blame her boyfriend. Who wasn’t even awake.
It's always man fault by default
He should break up with her and date the hot detective asking the questions hahaha
@someguy42093in what world is that woman “hot” ☠️
@angelicgarlicby detective stardards shes pretty cute. lol. Blonde hair. Big boobs. Tight jeans. All pieces are there. She’s not a good cop at all. But nice to look at
@Noah-uw7kg😂
What a horrible detective. Even after he gives the phone to her she STILL has bias
I know and she uses the word “like” way too much
Not too bright
It's blatant female-female bias, or mother's bias, or whatever.
All cops and detectives are persnickety, self righteous people who tend to believe whatever story their mind comes up with. No matter how what reason and evidence show. Once their mind is said, it’s hard to change it. And too bad that it’s often wrong.
The fact that she pressed him but not her. Is another level of unfairness.
Yes, the investigator was acting rather biased against him. She seemed really inexperienced. It seemed clear to me what was happening (he was being truthful) and we obviously have way less intel as RUclips viewers/
Yeah because the cop said he didnt appear upset but failed to say she appeared Lee's upset than him!
Yeah that's total bull crap. How the investigator treated him compared to her. I would not want to be her husband. Sounds like the man's always guilty
The number of times she said “like” drove me insane
She had her, just covering all bases
Could she be anymore unbothered by the death of a child
WITH a smug dupers delight smile
She had the female detective fooled, convinced her boyfriend did it. It’s much easier for women to get away with false accusations and lie their way out from under suspicion in general. It’s caused some very serious problems for quite a number of people. Hell, it’s put people on death row, caused mob lynchings, and led to some of the most infamous incidents in history. That’s not to say that men haven’t been absolutely monsters as well, but women in particular have a unique ability to sob and lie their way out of it.
poor thing is postpartum and can't help it!
I think you mean the murder of an infant.
@jackchop1576These sympathy comments toward the perpetrator are just an obvious ploy to rage-bait. It's gross.
I'm so glad that she sent those messages. They would have pinned this whole thing on him.
You can definitely tell the crappy detective thinks it’s him too smh
She tried to
word.. it was like she had her mind already made up.
That detective clearly has a horrible intuition.
@soapcurlsright my guess not a mother
Female investigator SUUUUUCCCKKS at reading body language. He was open, responsive and upset when accused. She was meek, withdrawn and evasive.
Yeah the women definately already thought he did it. She should be investigated. The way she talks to the guy comparing to the girl is just pathetic
@nightwatchmen6353yes very shocking to see how she behaves towards the guy and that she already put the blame on him.
Exactly that was so irritating she immediately believed this evil ass lady for absolutely no good reason and his whole reaction to what she was saying was genuine but she still was adamant it was him that was lying 🤦🏻♀️
manyymanningIs that why the female detective arrested the woman? 🙄 You're trying to push some incel opinion based on ten minutes of edited footage.
“i know you’re lying” to the boyfriend who called the police and attempted resuscitation, man gtf on
yeah its a game she was probably playing to gauge his reaction. I've had some people do that to me in the past and it's real aggravating
yea I didnt like that. I honestly thought she was a awful detective and interrogator
exactly i said the same thing she really just assumed that the man was guilty n was so aggressive to him but treated the lady so nice
Cop at the apartment said the same thing.
She was trying to make him defend himself by threatening his safety when he was worried about his girl. Now he went into defense mode and will CONFESS TRUTH
The baby sitter is hysterical??? Where? Was the hysterics in the room with us? The boyfriend showed more concern
exactly, that really confused me.
Yes!!!
The only thing I can think is that he was mistaken and thought the mom was the babysitter
And even he was extremely calm considering the circumstances
A moment of silence for the baby.
RIP Little One. 😢
😢
Amen 🙏 ❤
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Bows head 🙏🙏
That sweet girl deserved to see so many more sunrises, she deserved to experience the joy of discovering life.
that detective needs to find another line of work she sucks as a cop
Finds baby unresponsive, does not call 911 herself, does not initiate CPR, doesn't even touch her, wow. Just wow.
Welcome to the world of the internet baby!… no one gives a fuck unless it’s on their Instabook or FaceTok
All babysitters should be certified in cpr
@KRAPYBARA84 I feel every parent,Babysitter, caregiver, All should have to take care classes
and parents
She shows she is at fault because she didn't do anything to help Sylvie & just leaves her apartment to get her sister come be with her cause she is scared.
I don't know about you all but I react to help the kids when hurt after I help them & they are okay then I do scared!!
Can see image how Scared Sylvie was when she was hurting her!!
She murdered another woman's innocent baby just because she was overwhelmed She should've called the baby's mom and told her what was going on She is a monster
An Evil monster 😡
She should get custody of the babysitters baby for her loss
Contact the parent to eliviate you of your duties and do your job till the parent gets there you dmf
Demon
@thecaptainandthequeen8292 lol wtf?? A random baby isn't gonna take away the loss of your own
And saying the bf was with the baby when he clearly said he woke up to it. That's so diabolical and disgusting how sick
The cop at the beginning on the scene was so gentle with the mom he knew what was coming and he tried his best to comfort her 😢😢😢 hearing her crying was so sad
The cops were so good, they also arrived really quickly.
She left her van in front of the babysitter’s house. She or someone she knows had to go back to that place to get the van after. Ugh. I can’t imagine. 😥
So kind genuine caring officers for the very worst call ever💔
The babysitter trying to hug the mom is just creepy. If i was the mom, the EMTs would be trying to save the babysitters' life .
That was a guilty hug.
Exactly
Ditto
And her face when she hugged her, it was more for show like just because, “it’s the right thing to do,” not because she actually cared
100%
That first Officer comforting the Mom is amazing. Such a sweet comforting soul.
Broke my heart I can’t imagine 💔
YES- extremely compassionate, professional and helpful. I hate when there’s a crisis and the cops are like” cut the theatrics” or “ tears aren’t helping”. This officer was wonderful-authoritative,reassuring kind and thoughtful. Respect and gratitude to him.
That officer truly showed compassion in a moment of unbearable grief. Small acts of kindness like that matter so much.
Unlike that female detective 😒
Yes he went above and beyond to calm her down and making sure she had everything she needed while she waited for her child. Great guy!
That woman cop should be fired. What a disgrace and psychopath.
DEI
And still being nicer to the woman while arresting her after they found out about the texts.
All she had to do was walk away. Tell her boyfriend that she needed a break & walk away.
I have to give him credit for telling the detective about the text messages.
At that point he had no choice. She was basically accusing him of it. Vile woman.
At the point he’s lucky he had evidence to use against the witch who was going to ultimately incriminate him and throw him underneath the bus.
Mentally unstable people dont have critical thinking skills. But i don't think she was unstable just not able to control her emotions. Like many people under the age of 30
Or how about not be a babysitter 🤷🏽♂️
He was also the one who called 911 and was more eager to help the cops while she was staying on her phone and saying she was scared to go upstairs.
It really pissed me off how the investigator assumed the boyfriend was lying. Her tone and demeanor was very different when talking to him over the baby killer.
In all the child murders are tallied, it is far more common for a man to do it rather than a woman. The police would not have been doing their job if they had not considered him.
Unfortunately they always want to blame the man first
@YoureGhey agree and I'm a woman.
N I’d have to unfortunately agree with the comment above mine as well!🤦🏾♂️😔
She is bad at her job
Wow you have the nerve to put your arm around her after killing her child
SHE HAAD TO MAKE HERSELF LOOK GOOD EVEN THOUGH THAT SO CALLED HUG WASN’T WORTH ANYTHING .
@deborahbishop3300it’s called psychopath
@deborahbishop3300 100%, she wasn't trying to comfort anyone, that was to make it look like she cared.
Therapist Tamara hill on RUclips talks about these psychos all the time. Pure evil
She was still trying to blame the boyfriend at that point. She was playing the "sisters rising above abusive men" card.
As a mother herself, how the hell could she do that to another mother? They’d still be pulling me off of her ass TIL THIS DAY. RIP sweet baby, and I’m so sorry to the mother 💔
As soon as she said she didn’t like listening to the babies crying, I knew.
I have five and I’ve never been able to stand them crying because it breaks my heart. But it’s never made me feel angry or want to hurt them
@jasmine6386😂
@nikkidavis8748 Exactly. It's heartbreaking. But never should it cause anger towards the child. I understand where you're coming from.
@nikkidavis8748you are weak
I feel bad for the guy. The cop made him out to be the bad guy from the get-go.
Sexist at its finest
I don’t think he did. The guy was very calm and that very unusual. Most people are freaked out . That’s all he was getting at.
Women will always side with other women and this is a major case and evidence of such. Despite all facts, logic, evidence they will side with their own
@CGrant-j6j he was there and did nothing.he guilty 2
@kimmaried.7313 calm does not mean guilty what the fuck? what a sexist thing to assume.
"Because i dont like listening to them cry" ...is all i needed to hear. Guilty!
1000% GUILTY.
Same thoughts when I heard that
Makes me wonder how she even has a child of her own if hearing infants cry makes her hurt and unalive them. Makes me sick!
Thought exactly the same. Just incriminated herself!
Yep!
Everyone going after the boyfriend is absolutely insane!!!!
Especially when he called the 911 and did CPR!
She showed no nervousness & lied very easily. RIP Little Angel
Yes she did. Her anxiety (which is nervousness) is for herself NOT the child. Empathy for me, no empathy for thee. This is the key when trying to solve these crimes and identify potential psychopathy.
The detective is horrendous!
@bartho5212she was a biased sexism pos
8:11- Cop says Babysitter is hysterical (No she wasn't!) and then he says the boyfriend is Super calm(No he wasn't). Wtf?
thissssss
I think he got confused he said the mother wasn’t there and SHE was hysterical he probably thought that was the babysitter
Maybe we didn’t see the whole video and the actual footage showed different?
Always favouring the woman. So unfair!
Those old masons protect their own (abusers)
The interrogator who automatically believed the babysitter needs a new job 😂😂
She pissed me off lmao
It’s almost like women only blame men for all the world’s problems.
Even after the babysitter was caught lying and admitted to murder, that interrogator was being way gentler with her than she was ever being with the boyfriend, despite the fact that he was fully cooperative and hadn't done anything suspicious.
And this is why people are wrongfully arrested because you have somebody like her with her own personal biases. Someone please put her on desk duty.
She’s a female what did you expect?
God....as a father of 3 this makes me rage.
That lady cop needs some training
Training for another job
Yes I think swaddling is a big problem. Especially if you lay them face down.
Yes she does need to be trained to do something else.
Am I the only one absolutely LIVID at how they tried to paint her boyfriend as the perpetrator???
Nope, I was too. It is always assumed that the man is the perpetrator and that needs to stop. I thought investigations by detectives were supposed to be unbiased.
Detective had no proof of the boyfriend doing harm to the baby but decided he was the guilty one. She needs to be taken off the role of interrogator if she has such bias's like that.
@KathrynSrce3719 i wouldnt assume its because of gender, it probably was but the detective was just unprofessional. Being biased is unprofessional and if a detective is biased they should just find another profession.
@GreenOverBeige ..............so then it was gender bias, aka because of gender............... what are you on about.
@KathrynSrce3719 men commit 90% of all violent crimes. Stop crying sexism. They’re reactions are rooted in truth
Crazy how the cops immediately accuse the boyfriend without any evidence. Thank god he had those text messages
Unfortunately, the odds suggest that the boyfriend was responsible. I understand how awful it must be to be falsely accused, but the police would not be doing their job if they did not look at both the babysitter and her boyfriend.
Sexism at its finest
Yes, I’m guessing they thought the woman wouldn’t hurt the baby. How wrong they were! Pure evil, that babysitter was. 😡
@kuroneko7022why accuse the guy he was not the babysitter the babysitter should of been the first suspect regardless
To be fair, the way his chilled out demeanor was unusual for someone experiencing an emergency. The cops were right to notice that. And he Was deceptive to the investigators.
That detective is not that bright.
She is dummmm af
The lady doing the interrogations had a preconceived notion the boyfriend was guilty. smh
Yup! I Noticed that too.
Karen in training
Prejudiced detective
Dei hire
Or she was trying to put pressure on him so he would give away something that would further the investigation, like the text messages which he showed her to defend himself.
That mother's cry just crushed my soul 💔😞!
I know. I started crying 😢 ❤
@zukosmom3780Me too 😢.
"Your lying, I can tell by your reaction" - This detective tried to pin this whole thing on him and he was 100% not involved.
That’s so scary!
Women... lol
More likely was just squeezing him to see if he was hiding anything to protect his girlfriend or if he helped cover it up in any way
😂@user-cu7dt2rk4j
See how the system is? If it weren’t for the texts she’d put the man in jail
As a trained Early Childhood Educator I agree. That is what we are trained to do. Common sense
When you say she claimed are you calling her bluff lol
Taking care of a baby requires a lot of patience
she has her own baby, that;s what adds to the cruelty and ridiculousness.
My baby sister was a happy camper until she was around 3. Some babies have a lot of tummy aches and growing pains in general but my baby sister was just the most pleasant thing. She could go a whole day without crying at all, largely because my mom was very attentive and she was never left alone.
I don’t have patience but with kids I do I’m really good at them as I look after my brother sometimes
Society needs to accept that some people don't want to be parents or shouldn't be then. I KNOW that I don't have the patience or desire to care for a kid, but that doesn't stop every moron with an opinion from telling me why I'm wrong and will change my mind.
@MiniiCitrusyou should be fruitful
it's insane how extraordinarily nice they were to the one lying constantly and how rude and angry they were to the guy who didn't do anything at all
Oh gosh I know!!! The way she just lied about her boyfriend and if it wasn't for her texts, that poor man would be toast.
She tried to throw him u see the bus. And he was nothing but honest.
Yt women privilege superceeds yt male privilege.
The sexism on display was absolutely disgusting. To automatically assume the male is lying to you simply because he's male and the female is telling the truth simply because she is female is discrimination. It is sexism. It is wrong.
That part I just commented on this myself. I was not impressed. They immediately took her word and assumed the guy was lying. It was hard to watch.
That female investigator is by far one of the worst investigators I’ve ever seen.
Crazy how she thinks she will get bond and be out on the streets the next day. You murdered a baby because it was crying. What the hell 🤬
She will have a light sentence.
She's white and has no criminal record.
She*
Do you know how long im going to be there ?
It's gonna be a little while. Longer than an hour less than a lifetime....or possibly a lifetime. Several.
The babysitter seemed calm, the boyfriend seemed upset!
She’s a psychopath he is a father himself and watched the kid die , she isn’t bothered about the kid dying
the BF had a soul
Upset is usually the response when you hear a version of a story that is not consistent with what actually happened (especially during a death investigation)
Exactly! The cop said the opposite, I’m like so confused as to why they were so hell bent on him being the killer
I cringed so bad when the babysitter tried to hug to mom. I was sick to my stomach.
I hope the detective apologized to the boyfriend for calling him a liar. I wouldn't've taken that too well.
She was still so nice to the babysitter even after when arresting her. Like wth
Tomorrow will be a year since the baby passed away. Guys, pray for the family and those who worked on this case. I can’t imagine what the parents are still going through.
I’m sorry I can’t even relate to that I’m sorry
My birthday😢
RIP poor little baby. 😢
Damn I’m sorry I can’t relate but my gf had it happen to her her daughter
My heart goes out to you
The pain of losing a child is indescribable. Hearing the mom cry for her baby is heartbreaking💔
The mom crying broke my heart. RIP sweet baby
No urgency in that 911 call just ridiculous
Detective very annoying
You're obviously happy to make excuses @alex-freeman-CFH-817
all women are rotten of course 💔
She hot tho
She suffocated a baby with a toy? What a nightmare.
Right on, @justinbobby7659! However, the monster responsible for the baby's death will face the eternal nightmare on Judgement Day!! ⚖ FIAT JUSTITIA RUAT CAELUM (Let Justice Be Done Though The Heavens Fall) ⚖
Yep, a stuffie toy with a blanket, both forced on top of a pacifier shoved into her crying mouth. Makenna is EVIL.
i still there was probably an intruder, probably someone with dreadlocks or something maybe.
bc they don’t look like the type of ppl to commit crime, something is off abt this whole thing.
@TheBeigeRaidershut itttt
Acting like there aren't hundreds of yorube videos with people that look like you and them doing this is mext level delusion. @TheBeigeRaider
I’ve never seen an interrogation where the detective never shuts up.
I've never seen a police interrogation where they bring a pistol into thr interrogation room. THAT is just asking for trouble.
@Bat_Boyyes
@Bat_Boyyeah she’s got her gun and wearing those boots/heels. If she got into an altercation inside of there she’d be overpowered.
haven't watched many interrogations have you?
@Bat_Boy I've never seen unarmed detectives in an interrogation room. I challenge you to link one video with unarmed detectives in an interrogation.
someone needs to fire that investigator she was CLEARLY BIASED
The boyfriend showed way more concern than the babysitter. She’s way too calm and deflecting blame instantly. This detective sucks.
And the cop instantly believed the babysitter and accused the boyfriend. Bullshit
@KipCarte-ym4edshe has to do that to get them to tell the truth😂. She’s of course going to push to see if it was both or just one of them who had something to do with what occurred.
@kirstenornelas881
People don't think critically anymore. They just feel and boast as if true.
You can hear the pain and worry in that mom's cry when they bring that baby out so devastating to hear
The suffocating panic.
I believe in the de*th penalty for people who hurt/k!ll babies and children. Life in prison isn't good enough.
RIP poor little sweet baby. That Babysitter shouldnt exist anymore.
💯
Period. I'd do everything I can to see it through
Woodchipper
No, taking another human life is a low, no matter the justification
And if it was my kid, no I will not advocate for taking their life as prison is much worse
@003_Shadows never say never. I pray you never find out.
I found it disgusting that she tried to hug the mom and tried to push the blame on her bf. Hopefully he left that relationship.
Well she's been in jail the last year and trial is in October so I can't imagine they're exactly close
He had a child with that murderer
They really need to replace that female detective she can ruin peoples lives being so judgmental. It’s an investigation because nobody knows the truth yet and she’s acting like she has the answers and accusing the wrong person.
The helpless white woman syndrome. This young blonde haired woman wouldn’t be capable of killing a baby vs a man.
It’s scary how much this comes into play in these true crime stories.
Agreed!
Exactly they don’t need women in law-enforcement period. And they definitely don’t need idiots like the one you’re describing
Ur slow
@SmartyMcFarty1of1ur slow
I was getting a little pissed when the detective immediately assumed the boyfriend was lying.
Man I had to turn the video off and take a breather bc that was seriously upsetting me
for real, detective was 100% on the side of the girlfriend even after the man telling her she was the one trying to shift the story. I mean I guess🤷🏽♂️😭
When it comes to kids, people tend to trust a female caretaker more
Cops also kept referring to the baby girl as a boy? Are they drunk on the job or what?
That’s their job.
Anyone who kills a child should be charged with murder and child abuse at least
who the hell is that detective immediately assuming the dude is guilty? no way that is professional
Right sounded like a girlfriend upset with her boyfriend over finding text with another girl NOT a detective trying to find the truth.
@YouLoseSir You're Just rambling a bunch of nonsense. She literally took the girlfriends side immediately. Again, you have an IQ of 0.
Well his demeanor was so calm
yes she was bias
If you are overwhelmed, put a child in a safe space and call someone if you can.
I feel so bad for the mother, imagine going to work so you hire a babysitter, and then you find out that she suffocated your baby because they where CRYING. That is crazy
Imagine hiring a babysitter without doing any research. Moms at fault too.
@AFriendlyCrackheadwhat an odd/ignorant thing to say.
Did you want the mom to look into the future to find out a babysitter would murder her child? How do you “research ” people that potentially have a clean background? Oh.
@Sikedyke222whats actually ignorant here is not taking the time to research whose watching your kids. Thats ignorant.
@AFriendlyCrackheadyet my questions for you still remain unanswered. Point proven
@AFriendlyCrackheadThe babysitter had no prior record of any kind and was a friend of the mother and a mother herself.
Was she supposed to just look her up and find out she's a known baby killer that's out on the streets waiting for people to hire her to watch their kids?
You sound ret*****
That detective needs a new job
My deepest sympathy to this mother... I am so sorry your little girl is gone....🙏🏻❤🙏🏻

Best advocate officer ever. Talked to the mother, calm and knew what to say... HUMAN ASSETT
*ASSET. Shout correctly.
@Poeticfloetic easy to press extra on a phone ... critique less
@greenmedicinetm299 Easy to edit too.
@Tao2g.J2.Only2sounds like you don’t have enough going on in your life. It’s a RUclips comment, not a college essay. Take a seat
The babysitter talking on the phone with the mom…she is as cool as a cucumber explaining that the baby wasn’t breathing, etc.
That’s not being “cool as a cucumber”, thats sociopathy
she was probably trying to keep the mom calm and downplay it, like it was no big deal.
I feel the poor mom's pain😢😢 this is so heartbreaking😢
Why was this lady so convinced the boyfriend was lying and not the babysitter?
Because usually that is the case that the boyfriend did something. A psychopathic female murderer who kills a baby is not common. The detective started with the most common situation, and the evidence showed it was different.
Same thing with s-abuse: 9/10 it’s a nonbiological male having access to the child that is the cause, so that’s why police seldom expect a female perpetrator when it happens, because it rarely happens.
Maybe the cop was playing him to get him to be honest about his girlfriend
Double standard
She didn't assume anything and put pressure on both of them until one cracked. The investigator did a good job here.
@ChosenOne41 she did assume, she point blank said you're lying to me
The investigater IS HORRIBLE AND needs to be FIRED.
You mean the one who solved the case and got her to admit it?
@MomentsInTradingif that’s what u think happened you need to pay better attention. That investigator had her mind made up that the bf did it from the start. If it wasn’t for those texts he would be in jail right now .
Came here to say this
@Crixusthegaulagreed 💯
She cracked the case. got a confession. Your statement is ridiculous
This female detective is the worst!
Dead serious
The absolute worse!!!!
She probably has a page on social madia ( im feminine and im proud) she didn’t wanna admit that her follow female is a murderer
I just cannot wrap my mind around some one being able to hurt a child.
Imagine being so egotistical and self-absorbed that you think it's a normal reaction to the death of a baby in your care to run over to your sister's house because you "needed somebody". Only concerned about comforting YOURSELF and not even wondering if this child in crisis can be saved.
That investigator needs a new job, I wonder how many innocent people she sent to prison
💯 AGREE
You could tell she wanted it to be the guy so bad. And when it came time to arrest the ACTUAL killer, she was all empathetic and coddling. Pathetic.
I agree!! Corrupt cop!!
Feminist bullshit. Most women shouldn’t be in ANY position of power but here we are. Ironically, they usually make pretty good detectives. This one was a fool.
If a mother.. or anyone for that matter is capable of doing something like this.. Thank goodness for the cross.
Fire that detective immediately!
Terrible. The responding officer was wonderful though!
Detectives and police are
Allowed to lie to get a confession
This lady is a terrible detective… I mean terrible
This cop annoys me, the poor kid doesn’t understand that she can’t just decide to keep the phone without a warrant
fire that detective, she has WAY to much unconscious bias
It was ridiculous. She only believed the babysitter’s story. There should have been two seperate detectives speaking to the two.
Also what idiot detective is rude to the suspect 🤦♀️
90% of all violent crimes are committed by men.
This woman detective absolutely needs to be fired
Condescending idiot. Most women in positions of “power” are. I’m a woman, call me sexist. Women cops, lawyers, judges, doctors, nurses, politicians, teachers…. Vile women are attracted to these professions. They are very biased and usually extremely sexist towards men because they feel so threatened and they need to “prove” themselves, always on the defense.
This detective's body language is that of a teenager😂
It really is.
I wonder if that’s intentional to put them off their guard.
this detective all around is nerving me. i feel she was being all hateful to him but all sensitive and caring to her.
