I feel you, a lot of people stan BTS because of the chemistry they have with each other. Through their interactions, you can truly feel the wholesomeness of it all. Having been together for nearly a decade, they're friends, brothers, and family before anything else.
Apparently what people told them back then not a bullshit bro. Kpop industry is pretty much controlled by the "big 3" which are yg, jyp and sm entertainment. All these huge agencies have a lot of very popular groups such as you know, blackpink, twice, exo whatever. BTS is from a very small, literally very small company called big hit entertainment. I mean no one even knew about the existence of this tiny agency before bts came out on 2013. Hundreds of groups debuting each year from various agencies. It's a miracle how bts got to stay in the industry, fyi there were also some groups that are as skilled as bts but got disbanded because they are not from a big agency and due to lack of broadcasting and fund.
It took bts like 2 years to win number 1 at the weekly music shows. To tell you the difference, popular groups would just won the music shows right after their debut. Because they are too famous. Bts got their first music shows win after numerous albums was released in the span of 2 years. Thanks to the ARMY
that is why armys keep on fighting and protecting bts because we know they've been through a lot. 💜💜💜

I'm an introvert myself and getting out of my comfort zone to see BTS live in a concert is totally worth it. It's one of the happiest moments in my life and a memory that I'll cherish for the rest of my life.

There is so much for you to learn over time. I only found BTS in Feb and been through music videos, dance practices, live performances, live vlogs, reaction vids, art projects, charities, meaning of BTS songs, philosophers and literature behind their work....so so much content...but then just this last week had my mind blown by the fictional BTS storyline that runs through several years of their music and videos. Don’t even look at that till you know their catalogue..it’s a lot to take in. Hey FYI you do know that we’re in the middle of Festa 2020 ( their 7th year anniversary) don’t you???? They really make you want to try harder, keep your head up no matter what, be yourself no matter what anyone says and to love yourself above all because you are important and to never give up.. Dang it, I made it to 6:06 before tearing up. I still can’t make it through that speech without bawling my eyes out and it’s been a year and a half.

BTS never actually had to flyer for their concert. That scene is part of the show American Hustle Life where they had to perform at the end and go on the street to give out flyers for it, but in actuality they already had a lot of American fans and the venue was not big enough to fit all of them. They did have a bigger following internationally than they did in Korea cuz EXO was big at that time and their fans knew how to make other group's life hard. But they sure already were big in the US around 2015. It just wasn't in the news or something. I like these videos as a first introduction but it is a bit misleading tbh.

I'm a huge BTS fan but for some reason I dont like the term ARMY. I associate it with the people that spam twitter accounts and report people with different opinions about BTS. Am I wrong? What's the ARMY stance on that? Someone let me know if I should continue just being a fan or join the ARMY, because I don't like all that negativity
This is a common misunderstanding.As you have watched from the video,the boys really worked hard to get to where they are and to get what they have.Every fan of BTS knows this.The negativity you have probably witnessed is a result of an outsider trying to come against all that BTS have worked for.We are very sensitive when it comes to the boy's hard work.It has to be triggered by something,otherwise we are a very welcoming family.Personaly I became an ARMY through RUclips, and I would genuinely ask questions via the comment sections of various videos and they were all very kind enough to explain things to me or even send me links to videos on where I could get more information.My point is our weak spot is BTS,you mess with them,you mess with all of us.I am pretty sure this video has clearly brought out why it's such a big issue for us.For us it's okay not to like BTS,not everyone will.But don't try to degrade all they have worked for without at least having enough accurate information.
