We send balikbayan boxes to Philippines since September we have the tracking numbers and is in Alabang warehouse now since October 28 what’s going on? They haven’t sent to my house as yet since today Nov.15/2023,I would like to know before I complain to channel 4 here in U.S

None of these vloggers describing Balikbanyan box shipping ever explain how you are supposed to affix the customs label and the address labels to the box. I have 5 boxes ready to go, and the two labels given to me for each box are still not adhered to the box due to uncertainty of how to do it. Am I supposed to apply one of the copies inside the box? Which copy is pasted on the box? If all copies go on the box, how?.

Best way is to google Balikbayan box in your area. If you have any Filipino stores in the area, that’s s good starting point. We have Freedom Cargo in Houston, so when I was sending boxes from US, I used them. I had many choices in Houston, since there is a sizable population of Filipinos, mainly due to Medical Center. I don’t think LBC picks boxes up everywhere. Call nearest one and find out. For 2nd question, you only need a receiver to accept the boxes. Whoever you send to is the address used.
There is a local LBC here next to us, within 15 minutes, but we use Atlas Shippers. They are located with 25 minutes. We have sent over twenty boxes since 2022. You need to space your boxes apart, so I have sent approximately 2 boxes pe month... or least try.... they will also send modified boxes, they just measure the dimensions and caluate the pricing.
Since all the overpriced estimates given to me by sea shipping companies for my household goods always send me the estimate for arrival to Manila only and not my final destination, I decided to just send 2 Balikbayan boxes per month of small items. But I fear losing my electronic goods like computer and accessories. Not sure if I should risk it.

The cost of shipping boxes is expensive, is there a mechanisim in place to exceed the qty allowed under this clause. We are going to utilize the SRRV. But have not processed thee SRRV as we are not going to retire until FY24. Its still to early to submit our application, be we want to ship B2Boxes 2 each per. month. A method to chip away the high qty of boxes at one time. It surely helps with our budget. Please advise

Hello, I’m hoping that you can help me. I am an American and leaving for the Philippines to my place in Cebu city while in America, I bought enough over the counter medicine for my fiancé‘s family. It amounts to about six of eight items each, cold medicine, aspirin, etc. etc… I am now looking at what is allowable to bring into the Philippines and it seems that it’s only enough over-the-counter medicine for my personal use while I’m there. I am afraid to take it with me, but I thought that if I sent over boxes and put a little in each that maybe I could still get it all there, they are very poor family and they do not have their basic medicines to keep from getting sick or treating once they are sick. I really want to be able to help them any advice on this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I recently just purchased three large LBC boxes from a Filipino Store, here in New Jersey. I reached out to LBC Shipping and they will be picking up my boxes to ship to the Philippines, here shortly after I finish packing the boxes. I thought the LBC boxes were free! They probably charged me 7-10 dollars per box.

From the Boston area, it usually takes 3 months (+/-). Sure Pinoy in Quincy MA makes runs to NYC every week.

Hello. Usually standard size po ang mga boxes. You can try large or extra large. There is usually no weight limit.
