Great news for all Hungarians! Transylvania has been returned to Hungary under the application of International Law! Romania is now grounding its sovereignty over Transylvania on the Treaty of Trianon (1920) which was nevertheless signed by a legally defunct person of International Law ever since the 1989 Revolutions! So what exactly is going on?! It turns out that during the 1989 revolutions, Romania fell under the provisional government of the Romanian National Salvation Front, which made a shocking legal blunder when issuing its first Constitutional Decree. In fact, the said government issued on December 27, 1989 a Constitutional Decree by which it announced the transfer of power from the former president of the Socialist Republic of Romania, Nicolae Ceausescu, to the Romanian National Salvation Front just two days after the former president was executed. Nevertheless, the new government omitted to acknowledge a Constitutional Decree that was published on December 21, 1989, in the Government Journal of Romania, which enacted the transfer of power from president of the Socialist Republic of Romania Nicolae Ceausescu to the minster of defense, general Vasile Milea. In view of the regime change, general Vasile Milea issued to all Romanian army units the order of Cease-Fire against the civilian population. The order of opening fire aganst the civilian population had been issued by Nicolae Ceausecu following the public riots of Bucharest in the morning of December 21, 1989, which caused the forced departure of Nicole Ceausecu from the Romanian capital. The order of Cease-Fire against the civilian population was immediately obeyed by all Romanian army units with no exception whatsoever and broadcasted on the National Romanian Television. General Vasile Milea thereby became the new Romanian head of state while requiring no international recognition under Public International Law in view of the fact that he was a member of the armed forces. On December 22, 1989, the new Romanian Dictator General Vasile Milea was found dead in his office.
The legal problem that hasn’t been solved yet is that the new Constitution of Romania, which came into force on December 8, 1991, grounded its legitimacy on the Constitutional Decree of December 27, 1989 just as though the Constitutional Decree of December 21, 1989 was never issued. The legal matter at hand is similar to the case of a person who accepts the inheritance of his grandfather, which has already been accepted by the person’s father right before the father’s death and thereafter disposes of said property. The legal effect of the Romanian National Salvation Front failing to enact the transition of power from General Vasile Milea is that the Romanian state that existed between March 25, 1881 and December 21-December 27 1989 completely extinguished without having any successor state. It’s a similar case to that of the German Democratic Republic (East Germany), which was completely abolished on October 3, 1990. In other words, Romania didn’t inherit the former Romanian state, meaning that it doesn’t possess any of the former Romanian state’s rights and obligations. Among others, Romania doesn’t possess anymore the ownership right over the 102,813 square km territory of Transylvania that the extinguished Romanian state acquired from the Kingdom of Hungary by signing the Treaty of Trianon of June 4 1920. In what regards the international recognition of present-day Romania, its statehood falls under the application of legal principles of International Law, which sanction any infringement of International Constitutional Law with partial or absolute nullity. The international recognition of present-day Romania is effective only in what regards Romania as a newly born state, not as a continuator or historical heir of the extinguished Romanian state. This is due to the fact that the December 21, 1989 Constitutional Decree issued by General Vasile Milea was published in the Government Journal of Romania, which made it opposable and mandatory to all foreign services and diplomatic corps on Romanian territory under the applicable International Law. At this precise moment in time, Transylvania is just like any other Hungarian province under the applicable International Law albeit lacking international recognition. Hungary’s sovereignty over Transylvania is grounded on the international acts that acknowledged said sovereignty prior to the signing of the Treaty of Trianon and on the legal transfer of sovereignty over Transylvania from the extinguished Romanian state to the Hungarian state, which took place at latest on December 8 1991. The current matter has been overviewed by the founder of the Money Religion Jesus Pimpsta, who acted as handler of legal affairs for the Hungarian state at the United Nations.

Király videó. Én tuti rákapnék, csak sajnos nem olyan szép és jó, mint ahogy a médiában feltüntetik. Agymosás megy itt is évtizedek óta. A várost mindenkinek ajánlom. Én nem voltam szegedi, de az SZTE-n végeztem és végül ideköltöztem, mert beleszerettem a megyeszékhelybe és környékébe. Szép, és haladó gondolkodású város, nem úgy, mint Budapest. Az a múlt században ragadt. Szeged viszont folyamatosan fejlődik, egyre inkább a mai modern városok példáját követi. Itt kampányok nélkül is működik a "Sétáló Budapest program" mert a többség igényli. Már critical masst se tartanak, hiszen elérte célját. Az emberek többsége teljesen máshogy gondolkozik, mint a főváros átlagembere. Ha nem is a tanulásért, a rengeteg szórakozási és jővőre tervezési lehetőségért mindenképpen ajánlom plusz rengeteg helyen van diákkedvezmény meg különböző tagsági kártyával 50-100% os árengedmény. Ösztöndíjat ne sokat várjatok. A HÖK itt is lenyúlja nagy részét + az itt megszerzett tudás egyáltalán nem olyan versenyképes, mint ahogy azt állítják. Sok állásinterjún voltam már és mikor megemlítettem, hogy az SZTE-n (Európa egyik legnívósabb egyetemén) végeztem, húzták a szájukat, mert még mindig a 30-50 évvel ezelőtti tananyag a képzések gerince és csak pár újabb, ma is releváns tudást biztosító anyag került be. Ha azt mondom, hogy az itt megszerzett tudás 2%-át tudod majd hasznosítani, lehet sokat mondtam. Szívás az egész. Ha tudod magadról, hogy szorgalmas vagy, és képes vagy képezni magad úgy, hogy néha esetleg fogadsz egy mentort, (aki visszajelzéseket ad arról, hogy jó úton haladsz-e, és ha nem útba igazít,) akkor inkább hagyd az egyetemet. Nekem csak teher volt az állandó ZH-k miatt. Inkább éltem volna, dolgoztam volna, és azt tanultam volna, amivel tényleg foglalkozni szerettem volna a jövőben. Nem ezt a sok felesleges baromságot. Szabályosan tehernek éreztem az itt töltött éveimet, amiket sose kapok vissza. Sokkal többre vihettem volna, ha nem jelentkezem, mert lett volna időm képezni magam. Nem a ZH-kra készüléssel, kötelező órákon való ücsörgéssel ment volna el az időm. Az ott nem Kitti a könyvtárban :D?
