Another amazing Quick Takes and I have always been a fan of horrors and thrillers but my all time favorite film is Bruce Lee's "Enter The Dragon" and one of the few films that I watch regularly and know word for word for the most part. I still remember as a child getting an adult to buy our tickets so we could get into the theater. The Cosmo theater was walking distance from my house in New York City and that was my second home on the weekends. Along with my other ventures being a photographer and an aspiring filmmaker are the reasons why I still breath. #goodtimes #mylifemyrules
Gladiator is one of the greatest movies of all time hands down. Best Russel Crowe performance besides beautiful mind
My favorite movie of all time has to go to Interstellar. The cinematography is surreal and the concept is incredible.
I want to say Jakes camera angle is the Canon. The others I'm unsure about. I can agree Jurassic Park is an amazing movie but what got me into videography is a BMX video filmed by Joe Simon. It was called 'Let's Get Mystical' and sort of just made me want to shoot video instead of photography.
They do make Chrysler vans with TV's in the headrest I've seen them
Requiem for a Dream and True Romance stick out. I did a break down of a scene analysis in my first film class for “Requiem for a Dream” and got the whole class tripping 🤣🤣🤣. Also signs fucked me up when I was a kid 🤣👽
I think maybe a year or two after I started shooting music videos, I saw blade runner and that helped me know for sure I wanted to do this. Tenet too for sure solidified it for me
Jurassic park, and the original trilogy of Star wars for sure.
Hope you all enjoy this conversation about THE MOVIES THAT MADE US!
Me and my buddy went to watch the Revenant with Leo DiCaprio and it was the last I promise you LAST showing of this movie ever in theaters for our town. Last day of its run time and last showing of that day we walk in and we are the only people in there, and about 15 minutes into the movie this guy walks in, were on the top row right, this guy walks in, sits at the first row, bottom, closest to the screen. Gets out his phone and starts watching porn with the speakers on....... I kid you not and we yelled at him to get off his phone and he got embarrassed and left 10 minutes later.
Hell yes
